They were great when we arrived but…
They were great when we arrived but leaving was a whole different story!! All of a sudden the front desk didn’t know anyone with taxis, didn’t know any person that worked right at their front door/lobby. It was very strange. We had to leave a day early bc of a hurricane coming and the front desk was useless. I asked how do we get to the airport and the lady s”I don’t know you booked through Expedia”,what does that have to do with getting to the airport (especially during an emergency)? She sends us over the guys in blue where we find Dante… he says see me in the morning we leave at 7:30, 9:30 and 11:30. And we need to pay 1-2 hours before we go… ok. Next morning I can’t find Dante and no one, I mean no one knows who Dante is!!! I asked the front desk and then more guys in blue shirts, nope no one knows him. Fast forward 20 minutes I see one of the guys that I already asked talking to Dante!! I said I thought you didn’t know Dante, a he said oh I don’t know him. Crazy and shady… very untrustworthy worthy people. This was the Rui palace in Cabo. I’ll stay away from here…. What are they hiding?
