Ordered a 500 poker set which was mostly fine although had some manufacturing issues which when queried about fixed my issues by immediately sending replacements within a couple days
10/10 costumer service. I do recommend this company to people looking for poker equipment.

I got the 1000pc set with case
I got the 1000pc set with case . Nice chips , a few a little blurry but no biggy . The case is very hand especially the pull out handle but only locks on two sides and not the bottom. Because of the total weight I'm a little worried that the bottom might pop when pulling along . But overall I'm very happy and I know others I play with will get the same set.

Disappointing - Dec 2019 Purchaser of Table Top
I was hoping the felt would be smooth so the cards float across it but it is rough like sand paper. The cards just stop dead in their tracks when dealt around the table top. For their most expensive table top on their site, £129, I was expecting better quality. I would not recommend these guys to anyone.

And I thought great customer service was a thing of the past
I placed 2 orders with riverboat gaming.
Firstly, a chest of chips. Excellent quality. Well packaged. Zero damage. Perfect for Friday night poker.
Secondly, I ordered the round foldable poker table.
Again, great quality and very well packaged.
Unfortunately the polyesterine softening seemed to have stuck to the leather upholstery of the side board. Some what of an unexpected circumstance of chance i would guess.
Anyway, after dealing with Richard I can only say what a gentleman. Instant communication.
He asked if I was happy to try and clean the stain up that was left from the residue of the polyesterine. This did not quite go according to plan.
Richard instantly offered what I would call a very reasonable discount or alternatively arrange an exchange immediately.
I accepted the offer of the refund and thus was now very happy with the 2 purchases.
24 hours later I received another email from Richard stating the refund had been processed but he had actually increased the value of the refund as "he Felt it just wasn't enough".
An absolutely wonderful gesture. I'd just like to say thank you for your 2 brilliant products and thank you personally for your valued customer service.

I’d buy from them again
I’d buy from them again, and recommend to others. The product was excellent quality, but it did arrive a bit damaged, which can happen! It can happen from any company with any product, the reason they get five stars is because they were quick to respond to my emails and they sorted it, so the end result was a 100% happy customer.

While we do advertise next day delivery (which DPD achieve is over 99% of cases) we absolutely don't guarantee any delivery times and this is stated on the product pages and on the delivery info page of our website. No one can guarantee delivery times unfortunately, although we work incredibly hard to make them as short as possible. We were still in the process of rushing around trying to get this resolved for you and arranging a gesture of apology, so this harsh review feels bit premature - but I know that it is really very annoying when deliveries are late, so again I sincerely apologise for the delay to your order and assure you that this is a very rare occurrence.
