Happy in the end
Original order arrived very quickly but one table was damaged and had to be returned and replaced this was a slow process and I am sure that if Riverboat could have been contacted via phone it would have sped things up.
Emails are fine as long as someone is sat on the other end all the time.
However, we are really pleased with the tables and would recommend them.
If it had not been for trying to organise the return and replacement I would give 5 stars

We were slightly disrupted by the fact that we were in the process of completely overhauling our logistics setup during this period, so it did take a bit longer than usual - again sorry about that. We always try and get issues resolved as quickly as possible, and totally understand how frustrating it is to order something and have not not turn up as expected. Once again great service ordered 2 tables when they arrived on of the straps on the bags had frayed and broke when I picked it up.
Contacted customer service I got a response straight away from Richard who told me a replacement bag would be with me next week. Thanks would recommend both the poker table tops and great customer service

We tired the table top last Friday with my friends and it was AMAZING. It looks and feels professional, the felt is really high quality that makes dealing super easy. We loved the padded armrest and the inner track for glasses. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Excellent customer service
I purchased a WPC 500pc Poker Set from this company, and their communication pre-delivery was excellent. Upon receiving the set, I took a few days just to check all the chips, and some were damaged or of poor quality. I emailed Richard at Riverboat Gaming and he immediately arranged for replacement chips to be sent out by courier, without me having to return the damaged ones. I am most impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by this company, as I received the replacement chips within a matter of days of making the original complaint. The original product itself was of exceptionally good quality, including the protective case, and the issue with the few bad chips was resolved immediately. I would have no hesitation buying from Riverboat Gaming again, and would certainly recommend them to anyone who is considering buying a poker set.
