Really excellent service
Really excellent service, easy online ordering and everything arrived a couple of days later. Smoked duck, goose and chicken with good shelf life. Enjoyed them all but found them a little dry, could be slightly less done for perfection.

I served your smoked salmon to guests in the garden on Saturday. A whole side on a board with farmers market sour dough. What's not to like? It looked so impressive and of course it tasted lovely as well.
