Worst service in the world!!!!!!!!

I have been waiting months for my order with excuse after excuse. This company should not be trading and I hope that future customers are smarter than me and actually research this company before ordering. I have asked multiple items for my order to be refunded, which has just been ignored. I wish I could rate them zero. Never again!!!

"RIVERS" an Untrustable online fraud : means waste of Money, time & energy.

In the name of big discount, I have purchased couple of shoes online on 5/9/21 and was waiting for the (NO FREE) delivery. Till date I have raised a complaint and received only an AUTO REPLY from the customer care after each emails. There is NO call centre so you can't even talk with Rivers. No one is available to solve the query. All my emails are still unreplied. My order no. is 10260840 and the ticket no. is 3449300. If really any of the senior staff or representative of Rivers Australia is viewing this review.. my request is solve it ASAP.

Out right thieves

Disgusting customer service. 3 months and still waiting for my product. 5 emails and multiple phone calls and no communication from the apparently non-existent customer service team. Shocked that an Australian business is allowed to continue to operate like this.

Worst online experience every

Worst online experience every , only auto reply’s to email, than when contacted by PayPal get1 saying prioritises the order but still pending 3 after , never again still waiting on refund ,have already received another order from another company ordered the same time, so slow Auspost is not an acceptable excuse

Rivers is keeping its name alive by…

Rivers is keeping its name alive by taking online orders for products that do not exist and never deliver. In last few months it happened twice. Second time after 7 weeks when i mentioned to complain to NSW the next day they refunded my order. It should be blocked by selling online.

Rivers is fair to say the absolute worst company to deal with.

I have been waiting for my order that was placed 5 weeks ago. Made contact 5 times with no satisfaction let alone an approximate delivery date. I have today written a complaint to PayPal requesting that my funds be returned. The consumer law act states, that it is actually an offence to take payment and not deliver the paid product. There are hefty penalties, so I will also be lodging a complaint with Fair trade and consumer affairs. Anyone who is experiencing the same, I strongly urge you to also lodge a complaint about this company and their tactics.
DO NOT ENGAGE THIS COMPANY (RIVERS) AT ALL, THEY WILL NOT DELIVER WHAT YOU ORDERED, ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY.

The worst company ever to deal with

The worst company ever to deal with . Nearly 3 months . No product . No refund after multiple requests . Been messed around for 6 weeks now . Told them it is nearly summer snd I don’t need the winter puffers now . They simply mess you around and don’t refund . I have never dealt with such an incompetent company before . Defiantly not the Australian way to look after people .
I have to now go to my bank , waste time to possibly get my money back . After looking at all the sites vertually all their reviews are terrible.
I should have checked first . Do not buy from their on line store unless you want to buy winter stock now for 2022 ski season .

Sale with no stock or False advertising

Don't waste your time buying from them. Order shoes on first day of sale. Waited 2 weeks for dispatch notice. Only after emailing them a couple of time to find out what's happening, was told they have no stock and cancelled my order.
Is this just bad management or false advertising.
Will never purchase from this excuse for a sales company again.
Don't waste your time buying from them. Look elsewhere

Do not order from Rivers or sister companies

Do not order from Rivers or the sister brand companies all owned by Mosaic- include Millers, Rockmans, Noni B, Rivers, Katies, Autograph, W. Lane. All same customer service number.
Placed an order for two items with Millers. After a few weeks still had not received the Rivers jacket.
After numerous calls and 3 weeks later was told the item was not in stock. They could not explain why it was still being advertised for sale. False advertising.
Took 10 weeks to arrive!!!
Have had nothing but trouble with orders through the Mosaic group. They think it is acceptable to take your money and not ship items for months or advise you what is happening.
Cancelled last two orders- Rockmans and Millers as never received goods. Never again. They blame Covid but receive orders from everywhere else in good time.
Disgusting service.

Customer Service IS NOT SERVICE

Customer Service won't answer direct questions, only answer with a low value voucher for the experience. won't commit to giving answers to direct questions at all, really awful experience. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. they are WORSE THAN COVID LOCKDOWNS!

Today I visited a Rivers store at…

Today I visited a Rivers store at Woodcroft South Australia intending to buy a pair of ugg boots and some jeans. When we entered the store there were two young men behind the counter having a chat. They totally ignored us and continued their chat about what time they get up in the morning and how they set their alarms. At no time did either of them ask if they could assist us. We located the ugg boots and I selected two pairs with the only assistance coming from my wife. We then located the jeans and asked about sizing and what they had in stock. We had to disturb them from their phones to be told we would need to search through the racks for my size, that they had no more out the back and that they were not getting a delivery today. They then returned to their phones. I tried on and selected 3 pairs of jeans. With the ugg boots, which were in boxes and bulky, my total purchase was $292 which I considered was a reasonable amount for one sale for a small shop. On completion of the sale I had to ask for a bag for my jeans, as I was not offerred one. I then requested a second bag for my two pairs of ugg boots in bulky boxes. After having spent $292, I was told a second bag, would cost me 30cents. The bags are paper with Rivers all over them and would have been free mobile advertising. I am totally discusted with the service and the fact that after the amount I spent, they wanted 30cents for a second bag. I will not be returning to the store again.

Delivery non existent!

I have no idea what has happened to Rivers but their delivery is now non existent, the only contact I had after my very last ever order was the confirmation email that I had ordered and paid...

Then nothing for weeks, no updates at all, I rang to enquire as to what was happening, they had no answer and no idea when they would ship my order, then the next problem...

I told them to cancel the order and refund me, they initially said that's not possible, hilarious, it's my money and nothing has been sent but they refuse to cancel and refund, I persisted and threatened them with "consumer affairs dept." finally they cancelled and refunded me, seriously, unbelievable, they used to be great, now they have lost a good loyal customer, I'm sure they don't care and either do I, there's plenty of great online clothing stores out there that want my business!

Terrible service

Ordered on 28/7. Still not received. 3 emails to them and one phone call. Still no outcome. Ended up purchasing from another retailer and received order in 2 days. Disgraceful customer service. Will never order from them again.

Don’t do it!!! I’d prefer to order from WISH!

Wish I could give them minus 30 stars!!!! Charge me $10 for delivery, with no delivery date, expected delivery date NOTHING!!!
To now find people are still waiting for deliveries from May, this is ridiculous.

To use the excuse of Covid, this isn’t good enough when I’ve had other orders from warehouses around Australia and even 1 order from Overseas without the same issues.

If you really wanna waste your money just flush it down the toilet it’s less work and follow up from your end. Cause rivers will never contact you apart from the weak response of a template response they have used to everyone.

Avoid like covid they take your money but dont deliver

They refuse to cancel an order 2 weeks after it was placed. They cannot even provide when the order will be delivered all you get is a robotic customer service person reading a script saying that cant cancel the order it is being packed - apparently they have been packing the order for the last 2 weeks

Absolutely horrible experience

Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered online on the 26th June 21 and 3 weeks now ,I have still not heard that my order is despatched. I emailed them 5 times and I get the same response "be patient " we are making your order a priority!!!! I told them to cancel my order and refund my money on my 4th email ..."be patient " again was the reply. I am not patient anymore so I have contacted Paypal to follow up a refund! Rivers used to be good and now they are with the Noni B group it's a total sham! I was a loyal customer and can't believe their lack of service and will never deal or shop online or in-store and support this 2nd rate company again. I wish I had read these reviews too.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
They take your money but do NOT deliver.

I wanted to give no stars but it won't let you.
