Had my puma st in for 2 nd mot these guys are professional lovely friendly from start to finish from reception to garage will go back to them in the future

I've bought a BMW and had to get it towed 3 times in the 1st month.

Spent £165 getting this car towed thus far.

Will now excercise right to return

Bought a car from Lee at riverside what he did sell me was a car with 2 front tyres what was illegal, he’s put me and my family’s life at risk and my insurance and I could have got 6 points on my license. He also put the wrong mileage 3000 different to advertise so be ware buyers he’s dodgy putting peoples lives at risk

Nothing but a positive experience here. From my test drive to purchase, I’ve been super happy. High level of communication, super helpful staff- (shout out to Shane who was helpful throughout) and now I have a car I feel safe in. Clear MOT and warranty plans offered, which add that extra level of security, which Shane was clear and helpful when explaining to me what’s covered etc.

From start to finish of buying or car we have been looked after brilliantly. We had a small problem with the car after a few days which I was told to bring it straight in and they would give me a courtesy car so it was fix and sorted within no time . Riverside provided a very easy and efficient service, with no pushy sales techniques. Gave no-quibble part exchange on my old car, trusted me on its condition and delivered new car free of charge. There was a small tear in the seat, which they advised me of in advance, and arranged after-sale replacement by main dealer. I dealt with Toby mainly, but all staff were friendly and helpful.

Had a very warm welcome when we travelled to View a car we spotted online car was very well presented and Andy was very friendly and helpful.we decided to purchase car and picked the car up a week later very pleased with our new car.Great service from Andy and Stuart would definitely recommend Riverside car sales.

Avoid at all cost, Faulty Cars Scammers / Liars very unprofessional untrustworthy especially Charlie and Shane, it will be your worst nightmare to buy anything from them AVOID at all cost.They don’t even deserve 1 star…
Don’t believe any of the other reviews I bet they are fake just like them.
Don’t waste your precious time and hard earned money go somewhere else,I bought a XF and paid £13000 which is for a faulty Car.
Reporting them to Motor Ombudsman and Trading Standards.
