We had an initial consultation (£250) with Dr Forrester for our daughter and expected clear follow‑up and next steps, but experienced a prolonged lack of communication over the following weeks despite multiple emails. Although the practice seemed nice and the practice manager apologised and acknowledged that this fell short of their own standards, there was still no response or guidance after a further delay. This left us frustrated and without the timely support and clarity we were seeking, with communication and continuity of care not meeting expectations. The BUPA options left us with very little other options therefore leaving us with no choice but to progress with another practice at our own costs despite having private health care.
