Superb bird fable
Superb bird fable. Little glitch on delivery but sorted out by Chris. He also helped very well and responded extremely quickly when I had a problem with assembly.

Fabulous, well made hedgehog home!
This hedgehog house is extremely well made and the roof should last for many years. I did need to wait a few weeks for it to be made but it was well worth the wait!
As I have only just received the product I’m unable to say whether our hedgehog will make it home but I am very hopeful as it is already eating from my feeder on a regular basis. Thank you for a great product!

Love the bird house top, but thought the pole was too short. On the plus side very sturdy and well made, but the height is disappointing. If buying remember they are custom made and you have to wait.

Company takes forever to deliver items
Company takes forever to deliver items, sometimes never!
They still take your payment on the day and use excuse after excuse as to why its taking so long to send deliveries out.

Delivery took 4 weeks
Delivery took 4 weeks, not 2 as advised and needed a chase up. Also , it was shipped in 2 parcels , again without notice, with the first arriving 4 days after the first and, again, requiring a chase up. The bird table, after assembly, is of excellent quality and my wife is delighted with her delayed birthday present.

“Very well made”
Very pleased with the Hedgehog feeding station with two entrances. Hedgehogs used it the first night I put it out. I paid the extra £5 to have the eco floor fitted , which is great , easy to clean. After ordering ,it was a little longer arriving than was told. But good to know they are really busy making these for our dear hedgehogs. Highly recommend this well made feeding station.

Excellent product. This came highly recommended by experts. Very accommodating when I needed it before the published estimated production/delivery date. Responded to my email immediately and allowed me to collect in person so as to be in time as a birthday present. Product is incredibly well made and meets all requirements. Team were polite and helpful. Couldn't ask for any more.

Beyond Expectations
My expectations were high after reading all the good reviews and recommendations about riverside hedgehog houses and I wasn’t disappointed. In fact it has gone way beyond what I was expecting. The craftsmanship is excellent, it is a solid well made house plenty big enough for a nursing hog and her babies. It’s a pity it’s going in a secluded sheltered area and not in a place where we can show it off. I will definitely order another one….
