Quick response to orders and was kept informed of progress and delivery.
Also superb hedgehog house, very well made.

The Riverside Woodcraft team really pulled out the stops to get the hedgehog house and bedding to me in time for my mother's 86th birthday, and this was her reaction in receiving her gift.

Love my new hedgehog house. It’s beautifully made. Really substantial & I’ve had lots of hedgehog visitors immediately!

The ordering process was straightforward and the extended delivery times were explained as being due to the product (eco model) being made to order.

However the dispatch and delivery date came and went without any email updates. An email to the company elicited the response of ‘sorry that you didn’t get the update email we sent you’. This was followed by a copy of the email and the product was delivered within the timescales in that email.

The hanging eco bird table looks well made and sturdy with a solid mounting hook and clip. The birds are beginning to find it as it’s close to our original pole type bird feeder. We purchased this one because our young cat (adopted) should have been an Olympic High jumper who cleared 6 foot to reach the feeder. The new table is higher up and hopefully safer for the birds to use.

We have considered the tall wooden bird table but weren’t sure that it is high enough to defeat our version of Tom Hughes.

Really good communication and updates on order. I bought a hedgehog house that was given as a birthday present, which went down really well!! Good quality product and well built.

Great product, well made and sturdy, took a little while to be made even though the web site quoted it as "In Stock"

The quality of the product (a wooden bird table) is excellent.There was a holdup inproduction which I was notified about, & the item was sent out later as I requested. Email conversations were answered promptly & courteously.
Overall a good product & good service.

The bird table looks good. It is solid and well built. However, there was a delay in it being built and delivered which meant that my Dad received his Father's Day present late hence the reason for 4 rather than 5 stars.

We pushed the boat out and bought a Premium Bird Feeding Station. Whilst it isn’t the cheapest, it’s an absolutely beautiful, solid and well made bird table. All the holes lined up when building it making it relatively easy to put together and it looks superb in the garden.

Beautifully made feeding station that looks great in the garden. It is solidly built and seems to be enjoyed by the garden birds of all sizes. Just needed to add a couple of hooks to it to hang fat balls and nut cages etc so that the small birds weren't beaten to the daily rush of seed!

The bird table we bought was of an excellent quality and easy to put together. After a few stand off days our resident bird life are now making full use of it.

Very easy to order. Received text confirmation straight away. A few days later I realised I hadn't added my email address, so did that and received email confirmation. Its easier via email confirmation as can then track order etc.
Hedgehog house is absolutely fantastic. Very pleased with it. Just waiting for one of our regular visitors to take up residence

Ordered the cat resistant tunnel due to cats getting in the hedgehog house and eating the biscuits. It’s worked a treat and they don’t seem to bother.
The tunnel is well made and luckily I just have to line it up with the hedgehog house without having to fix it at the moment

Arrived quickly and well packaged, had a problem with some missing pieces and was sorted out quickly and efficiently

Staff were friendly and truly happy with bird table as quality very high. Looks great, easy to assemble and feels sturdy. Just need some birds to take some interest in it now!!

I thought from the advertisement small birds could get to the food I place inside the ground feeding cage.
However I have saw a Robin and a sparrow try to get though the holes in the cage and then there wing was not right
I have stopped useing my 2 feeders because I don't want any bird's to get hurt
The feeders are not fit for purpose the holes are to small and I have wasted my money

Well made and looks sturdy enough to last many years.
Easy to assemble.
Good communication re delivery.
The only problem I had was the delivery company DHL, what an absolute nightmare that was.

I ordered a supply of Hedgehog food on 10th March 2024 and it was finally delivered in early June.
