Good product, poor delivery
Really well made birdtable and recommend the upgrade version but a long time coming. They do warn of delays but used the max. Then an “overnight” delivery with DHL took 5 days to complete because the two packages were delivered on separate days - a strange way of operating!

Hedgehog house and tunnel…
Delivery bit slow however customer services was fantastic and kept informing me every step to explain things. Hedgehog house is brilliant, hedgehogs love it. I would definitely buy from this company again in the future

This would have been 5 * if I was reviewing just the product, but. The courier they use, DHL, has a tracking system that is completely and utterly useless. Not only that but you cannot contact them to find out where your parcel is when it goes missing. The hedgehog house by the way is excellent quality

Really well made Hedgehog House
Probably the best hedgehog house around! Very solid construction, even after rain it's still dry. Think it will last ages. Well worth the money! Cheaper versions won't last nowhere near as long. Really pleased with my purchase, will be interesting to see if i get a winter resident!

Lovely hedgehog house,Very roomy, Unfortunately not had visitors in it yet but hope to in future,Would recommend riverside-woodcraft.This is second time I have purchased from them,I did have to wait over 3 weeks for delivery but it was worth the wait & cost was reasonable

Great hedgehog feeder/nesting box
The hedgehog house/feeder is great. Neat, compact but big enough to feed hogs or use as a nesting house. It's robust, well put together and looks good. It did take ages to arrive though. I appreciate they are made to order but it was a little frustrating waiting (as the foxes are nicking the hog food!).

Perfect quality. Kept me informed of build timeframes. In tolerance courier delivery (48 hours). Given as a birthday gift to brother - well received. Hedgehog anticipated to take up residence within a few months!
