Beyond useless when it comes to service. I wish I had read other reviews before I ordered. This was a Birthday present and I ordered at least a week before the day. No email confirmation or communication. They said that was due to me not sending an emai address which isn't possible. They didn't reply to my email for days, they don't answer their phones and when they said it would be despatched they didn't confirm it and it was significantly later than when they said it would be. They blame being busy. Decent businesses employ extra staff to enhance their custker service.

Beautifully made. It was recommended to me by a local hedgehog group as being the ideal hibernaculum and it certainly is. It will last years. I had to wait for it as they are made to order but it was well worth waiting for. Highly recommended.

Great hedgehog houses and feeder. We have been looking for some better quality hedgehog stuff as the things we bought last time fell apart really quickly. This house and feeder were relatively expensive but the quality is really good (you get what you pay for). They look like they will last years and are really solid. Great communication from the company. We are very pleased. Thank youl.

Great hedgehog house, the best I’ve seen

What made my experience great was receiving a product that is fit for purpose that is well constructed from materials that will last having wasted money in the past on products that turned out to be useless and in some cases dangerous for intended visitors in this case hedgehogs.

I have ordered 3 hedgehog houses and 1 feeding station from Riverside Woodcraft as well as hay, hedgehog house cleaner and hedgehog food. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that their hedgehog houses are the best and most cost effective houses I have ever bought. The houses are robust, and look as though they will last for years. They are large enough for more than one hedgehog to use, the design is well thought out and my hedgehogs have now been happily using the houses for months. I’ve literally never seen so many hedgehogs and this is clearly due to the fabulous feeding station and superior houses they have been given.

This is the third Bird Table I’ve bought from Riverside Woodcraft. Quality products backed by great customer service. Highly recommend.

I would rate the feeding station with five stars for its quality, but deduct one star for the long dispatch time. The station is excellently constructed and adds a neat touch to my garden. I do think the tunnels could be slightly narrower on both sides and the feeding area a bit larger, but I am overall very satisfied with the quality and appearance.
I recommend having a few feeding stations ready in advance to avoid customers waiting for more than two weeks for delivery. Despite this, I highly recommend this product.

Really smooth process, ordered my hedgehog feeding station and was advised it would be made to order and take between 7-10 dsys it came and is perfect.

Very happy with build quality of the feeding station. I am confident that it will last a very long time especially as I opted for the eco floor. Hedgehogs love the food which I purchased at same time. The only slight negative is that I had to wait a few weeks for delivery but it was well worth the wait. Customer service was excellent and prompt when I had a query re delivery (I hadn’t realised that station and food would be shipped separately)
