Don't bother. I was gifted a £300 pair of Sugar Cane jeans from their Manchester store for Christmas. After just three months of normal wear, the stitching failed and caused a massive hole between the thighs. When I contacted management, they basically said "tough luck." They refused to offer a repair or replacement, claiming that a £300 pair of jeans falling apart in 12 weeks is just "part of the raw denim journey" and told me to pay for a tailor myself. I’ve had £30 Primark jeans last for years. Save your money and go somewhere that actually stands by their products.

I wanted to buy some new jeans and read good things online about R & H. It just so happened that there was a 15% sale on the weekend I happened to be visiting which made things even better. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful and they stock an extensive range of Japanese denim. Will be visiting again in future.

I purchased a pair of tees (PBJ) from Rivets and hide...i've been kindly contacted by the team to double check my actual size before shipping! Then the shipping and delivery were processed within a few days (I'm in Paris) . In the end the tees are wonderfull and i'll for sure reorder on this eshop! Highly and warmly recomanded!

Purchased an Iron heart shirt from them recently.
Staff could not have been more helpful or friendly when e mailing about sizing.
Even a hand written card in the package when it arrived, a nice personal touch.

I sent off a pair of jeans to be hemmed ( jeans that I didn't even buy at Rivet & Hide ) and the whole process was handled so well, I thought I'd better write this review (something I never ever do) just to say how good the customer service was.
I can't remember the last time I've dealt with a business that is this "on it" it's been an almost dreamlike experience where everything runs smoothly and things happen when they say they are going to happen and everything is all fine in the end. It's like a retail fairytale.

I am beyond impressed with the whole team at Rivet and Hide. They have delivered my best experience with online shopping ever. I can only look forward to shopping at one of their store in person in the future.
Their service is of the highest calibre, and each product I’ve bought is worth every penny.

I have made two purchases in the last 10 days and they went out of their way to make sure it was the right fit for me and hemmed to my liking, along with delivering each order impressively fast to Norway.
Cannot recommend them enough.

I've bought a few t-shirts from R&H recently and the online service has been pretty incredible. The vast majority of online transactions are completely automated with no human interaction but at R&H you are getting actual human contact with advice and expert recommendations. This is kind of next level stuff. I cannot recommend R&H highly enough and will be visiting in person soon to buy a pair of jeans.

Rivet and hide has to be the best shop in the UK for quality denim and apparel.
I ended up buying a pair of samurai jeans and a Rogue territory wax jacket.
The service was first class and my jeans were hemmed while I waited in the shop.
I think the guy who served me was Edwin?.
He's a top bloke and supplied me with complementary rivet and hide pale ale as I waited for the hemming. I honestly have never received better service whilst buying clothes. Edwin and the dudes who hemmed my jeans are a credit to a fantastic company which has the best selection of Japanese denim in the UK. Many thanks, Ryan

I ordered a Rogue Territory jacket via the website, in my haste I ordered the wrong size(XS) Other suppliers would have have happily sent this.
But the guys, Tom and Rob at Rivet just checked via email if this was correct and suggested I review my measurements. Thankfully, I did and went for the small.
All through the process of online purchase they were so helpful and patient.
The jacket arrived within 24 hour. Its brilliant and a perfect fit.
I would recommend this retailer to anybody. Their service and consideration is worthy of much more than 5 stars.

A great experience from start to finish. I ordered a pair of chinos and a couple of denim jackets, i was unsure on style and size with the denim jackets as was buying online. The delivery was very fast, couple of days from point of order, well packed and classy with hand written notes.
Had to return the jackets and get a larger size in one style, yet again easy and fast. Chinos were bang on.
Anyhow. First class operation.

Bought a pair of boots online and the customer service was as good as it gets! Fantastic price on the product too with delivery in less than 48 hours. Outstanding!!

UPDATE:
After a pleasant handling and contact with the shop owner, Rivet & Hide has now won my trust again. A five-star follow-up and dialogue. Neat. They have won my trust again and I will shop there again. Hope for a 5-star experience also in the store next time.

Having only e-shopped from Rivet & Hide, it was with great anticipation that I walked into their store in London. But jeez, what a bad reception. (I was the only customer in the store for the whole time). Two people who couldn't care less about me. If I asked a question, one of them responded with such a short answer that it made me wonder if they really wanted to sell products and get happy customers and loyal fans. I walked around the store, "squeezed" and felt several products, but no one asked me a single question. Or even showed any interest in me. This is not the experience I previously had with, among others, Danny over e-mail before an online purchase.
I actually now regret that I made the purchase. What is even worse is that about 1 hour later a friend of mine walked in who was also visiting London (togehther with me), he had exactly the same bad experience. No, I will not return to this store. There are several other selvedge / denim /leather jacket stores that will surely give you a smile, guide you through the alternatives and stand for great service. But that didn't happen at Rivet & Hide London.

The entire team at Rivet and Hide are extremely knowledgable, friendly and helpful. The new location has a carefully curated and extensive range of jeans and other well made clothing. In addition, while it doesn't look like it, the store is wheelchair accessible with an adapted changing room and a brilliant hidden platform lift. Well worth a visit, you will not be disappointed.

I have only bought a pair of Iron Heart jeans from this company and everything went as promised. Free shipping and no taxes to the EU. Fast delivery. Excellent comms (email - as expected - to confirm sizing and (free) hemming, which was well made). Highly recommended if you are into high quality clothing.

Amazing. excellent products, communication and service. I couldn't believe how fast my items arrived. There's also no wasted time which is great, they have responded ASAP every time I've had a question or query. Will continue to buy from R&H.
