This is a great business with exceptional customer service and fast shipping. I was a little worried about buying from the UK, but it ended up arriving faster than most things within the US. They reached out to do their best to ensure things will fit, but if not they have a reasonable and easy return policy. They are now my go-to for high-end clothing.

Have been using R&H for a while now. I have visited once in the flesh and what a great experience that was. Their sizing info online makes it a breeze to select the correct size. After the obligitary email confirmation that the size ordered looks suitable, the item arrives next day. Great shop, great clothes, great staff. Absolutely love this place and long may it reign.

Very responsive to my questions via email and excellent fast postage. Returned my jeans for hemming which was done within a day. The experience in store was similar - very helpful and patient when asking to try on various jeans and shirts, and great advice from friendly staff. Will absolutely be buying again online and in-store when I’m near Manchester or London.

I've ordered a few items from R&H recently, and also returned one. The experience throughout was absolutely fantastic - they're very communicative, very prompt shipping, very eager to help with anything, and of course their products are awesome.

Clothing from this type of store is usually a big investment as far as clothes go, and they definitely understand that. Top company, will definitely buy from them again.

If I could I would award them 6 stars, bought some more jeans from them had to return them so get the correct model/size, when this was all sorted they went back again to be hemmed by them - top top top company what more can I say.

Really interesting products from niche, artisan manufacturers. I ordered a beautiful Japanese sweatshirt online. A few minutes later, I received a nice email (from a real person!) thanking me for my order and confirming I'd ordered the correct size after they'd cross checking my order history (Japanese sizing can be a bit funny). Then, within 24 hours, my new sweatshirt is here and is fantastic! Thanks to all at R&H 🥰

Hands down one of the best retailers I've ever purchsed from. Very happy I found these guys. I ordered an Iron Heart IHSH-33 shirt from them and immediately after ordering I received an email from Robbie confirming I ordered the correct size. I ordered on a Tuesday and recieved the item on Thursday. Their customer service and selection of clothing is perfect.

They make the weird and wonderful world of raw denim and quality clothing a breeze, providing a service of such a high level that I'm yet to find in any other retailer.

I recently purchased a pair of Viberg boots and one of Rivet and Hide's own belts via the online store and couldn't be happier!

The products arrived promptly and nicely presented, along with a hand-written note thanking me for my purchase. The sizing advice online was comprehensive and both products fit perfectly.

I went for the Viberg service boots in Dublin Spice leather on the 1035 last and they're outstanding. The leather is a warm, deep tan colour with plenty of depth and character - They pair brilliantly with anything you can throw at them. The finishing is perfect and the boots have a satisfying heft, they're an instant favourite.

I was VERY pleasantly surprised by the belt too, which was a bit of a last minute checkout purchase. I chose the brown colourway, which is slightly darker than the boots but still pairs nicely. The belt is oak bark tanned and super thick, waxed on both sides with nicely burnished edges and a sturdy buckle. It feels like it's going to outlive me!

All of this is topped off by quick and personable customer service. Both products were well worth the (relatively substantial) price tag and I wouldn't hesitate to shop here again!

I've shopped here for a few years now, both in store and online (cornona impact). I've never been anything other than impressed. The clothes are pure quality as is the service. Last time I visited was today. Chose a pair of jeans, they shortened them there and then. One Henley I wanted wasn't in stock in my size, so they checked their Manchester store and said they'd ship it for free. Before I got home I had the DHL notification of next day delivery.
This isn't a one off, this is what happens everything I visit.
