I recently stayed at the Rixos Premium Seagate Hotel in December and the experience was excellent! This was mainly because of the intervention of Samir and his team to make it so special for my birthday. We had a lovely time and will come back and highly recommend the hotel and Samir and his team

**"A Luxurious Escape with Exceptional Service & Unforgettable Experiences

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The service was exceptional, and the high-quality décor added to the overall ambiance. One of the highlights was the variety of customer-friendly food counters, including fresh juice stations, which made dining a delightful experience.

The food in the main restaurant was beautifully presented, and I appreciated the presence of a chef who guided guests—especially vegetarians—on ingredients. Though I initially intended to control my appetite, the tempting dishes made it impossible to resist!

Initially, I was a bit disappointed with my room selection, as I booked a second-line room without fully understanding what that meant. While the room description mentioned it, I believe the hotel should provide more clarity—perhaps stating that second-line rooms are closer to the aqua park but require a 10–15 minute walk to the main entertainment areas, activities, and the beach. However, the management was very accommodating and offered me a first-line room for a reasonable upgrade fee, which was worth it for the added convenience.

The spa was another highlight, offering free entry to steam rooms, saunas, and jacuzzis. I loved that they had both a ladies-only spa and a co-spa, catering to different preferences. Though slightly pricey, the overall experience was well worth the cost, delivering royal treatment and true luxury.

Evenings at the hotel were delightful, with live music at the main restaurant during dinner and a beautifully lit open terrace bar with a fantastic ambiance and live performances.

If I had one small suggestion, it would be to enhance the room furnishings to match the luxury standards of other five-star hotels in Cairo or Luxor. Nonetheless, my stay was truly enjoyable, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of relaxation, entertainment, and top-notch service.

Discriminatory Pricing & Unfair Booking Policies – Stay Away!

I had a terrible experience with Rixos Premium Seagate, Egypt due to their discriminatory pricing policy and refusal to honor my confirmed booking.

I booked my stay through a reputable platform at a confirmed price. However, after making full payment, the hotel refused my reservation, claiming that the rate was only valid for UK citizens! At no point during the booking process was I informed that nationality affects pricing or booking validity.

This is a clear case of discrimination and lack of transparency. Hotels should not be allowed to charge different prices based on nationality without explicit disclosure. Travelers should be treated equally, regardless of their passport!

⚠ If you are not a UK citizen, beware! The hotel may refuse your booking or charge you a higher price at check-in.

A luxury hotel should uphold international hospitality standards, but Rixos Premium Seagate has lost all credibility with such unfair practices. I strongly advise travelers to book elsewhere to avoid such issues.

Disappointing New Year’s Eve Experience at Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh

Dear Management,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service and organization during our stay at Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh for the New Year’s Eve celebrations.

We specifically chose your hotel to celebrate New Year’s Eve, enticed by the promise of a grand concert and festive program. However, what was meant to be a joyful and memorable evening turned into a source of frustration and disappointment.

Despite staying for seven days leading up to the New Year, at no point were we informed that prior registration was required to attend the concert and celebration. We were not notified during check-in, nor were there any clear announcements or reminders about this requirement throughout our stay.

On the evening of December 31st, we arrived at the event only to be turned away and told that there were no available seats. When we tried to explain that this was one of the primary reasons for booking our stay, the staff showed no flexibility or effort to resolve the situation. We felt ignored and unvalued as guests.

This lack of communication and poor organization is unacceptable, especially for a hotel of your reputed standard. New Year’s Eve is a significant occasion, and many guests, like us, specifically choose your property for such events. The lack of transparency and the inability to accommodate us tarnished not only our evening but also the entire experience of staying at your hotel.

We hope you take this feedback seriously to ensure better communication and guest management in the future. We feel let down and would appreciate an explanation or resolution regarding this matter.

Mattress metal sharp spring cut leg - Rixos Sharm El Sheikh

The Mattress issue: these should be part of they house keeping checks, as in annual checks, as this specific mattress is suspect and unfit for purpose as you can feel the metal springs; definitely more than 5x years or so mattress had it days and not comfortable in any means, as in no good night sleep.

The mattress spring could have done me some serve harm, if the sharpe metal spring went into me deeper;  I now have to live with a permanent mark on my leg, and I still have burning sensations on the cut area.

The Broken sharp glass pieces: this is a another area where the house keeping should be cleaning under all bedroom furniture to avoid such scary and alarming finding of broken sharpe glass objects, especially close to the bed and translucent colour glass, which is could have easily stepped on.

The above matters and challenges have not given me a positive feeling and experiences at Rixos Hotel establishment, and especially for my first visit into Sharm El Sheikh.  Before the above scary experiences, I truly wanted to make our visits to Rixox Hotel establishment as a regular yearly visit but now, no way I want to return to this establishment.

Senior Management not interested, the GM - Hasan Yilmaz, non-responsive, the Deputy Manager - Hani Ahmed helpful to an extent and offloaded us to Alex Necheburnov - Senior Manager - To do their dirty work with his non-understandable and emotionless on the nature of injury to my leg due to the spark mattress spring which went into my leg. You won't get any compassion and humanity from this Senior Management who don't care about your experiences at their establishment and arrogance approach in not dealing with your concerns and matters accordingly. Stay away from this establishment as it will ruin your experiences of Sharm El Sheikh; ruined our wedding Anniversary at this establishment.

Rixos sharm el sheikh

Rixos sharm el sheikh. yesterday 16/12/2024 we was awarded the decision against this hotel booked through TUI sept 2022 where i contracted food poisoning, at the time we approached the hotel in a polite manner to ask them to investigate the possibility that this was happening . they refused and said no other person was ill or reported that they were , we know this was untrue having spoken afterwards to people who had reported the same . we also gained access to documents that proved other people (5 the same day) reported it and received medical help . we love this hotel but the under managers attitude was appalling . no doubt they will reply denying this but the truth is here in the judgement . perhaps the general manager may like to discuss this but i doubt it

I’m currently staying in the hotel…

I’m currently staying in the hotel thought I would leave a review because it’s 2:30 in the morning and the ac been broken for 12 hours so it’s so hot I can sleep there answer was that it would be getting fix another day when calling reception.also asked for a fan at the Reception and they didn’t have any very disappointing.

Rixos Park Belek - All inclusive Family Heaven

Our family recently stayed at Hotel Rixos Park Belek with friends, and it was an unforgettable holiday. From the start, Mr. Alper Baydan, our personal guest relation manager, provided outstanding service, handling all our needs with such care. He even organized a special birthday dinner for my 40th, which made the celebration truly memorable!

The hotel’s food and drink options were top-notch, and every meal felt like a new culinary experience. We enjoyed plenty of activities, from yoga to boxing, and the evening shows were fantastic entertainment. Our kids loved the Rixy Kids Club, where the wonderful staff kept them happy and engaged, giving us a chance to relax.

Overall, Rixos Park Belek offered the perfect mix of luxury and family-friendly fun. Huge thanks to Mr. Alper and the whole team—we can’t wait to return!

Rixos Bab Al Bahr - Dubai RAK

Highly recommend this hotel. We went for an all inclusive package here for 9 nights. Lovely Rooms, Great Facilities and Service.
In Particular the Sports Exclusive club was a lot of fun.
They put on activities such as morning Cycle Clubs around the island and Paddle Boarding was amazing.
Mehdi and Can from Sports Exclusive club was soo friendly and made the club soo much fun and allowed me to do activities I never thought I would have ever done. I did personal training there too with Can who helped me a lot.
Definitely want to go back.

Another Fantastic visit to Rixos Rax Al Kamarh - Steve and Kerrie

We have returned from our visit to Rixos Raz Al Kamah
Wow !!! We had an amazing holiday again.
The hotel never fails. Food, service, entertainment and staff.
We checked in to our room and it was spotless and so clean - and the service from our room assistant was impeccable and he was so attentive.
But what makes our holiday so amazing for us is Mehdi and his gym team - Meril and the gang!! They go over and above for us on our stay - updating us with the daily activities and even let us know when the BBQ was on !! We like to train every day and Meril made Steve work hard so he made room for the lovely Al a carte. I tried the Ariel Yoga and Meril coached me to trust her with the moves ! Loved it.
See you next year Mehdi and the Rixos staff

Rixos The Palm, Dubai

Just back from a holiday at Rixos, The Palm, Dubai.
Great hotel, fantastic service from all the staff.
Plenty of choice in the restaurants, I'd advise booking the al-a-carte in advance as they appear to get booked quickly.
Great gym and full activities program throughout the day.
Will certainly return to this hotel on our next holiday to Dubai.

Every thing here is great in Rixos premium belek and people here are very nice and helpful especially Veysel GR. , Yunus GR. and Aynura maid . We are enjoying our time a lot there’s many activities to do here and all of them are great

Fantastic experience in the Rixos Ras Al Khaimah. The staff were extremely attentive with special mention going to Meradona, Abin, and Ahmed. They all went out of their way to ensure our experience was 5*.

Suprb stay at Rixos Sharm el Sheikh

We stayed 10 nights at the Rixos adults only Hotel in Sharm el Sheikh in March 2024.
The hotel was very clean and very well layed out.
The staff could not have done more for us. Always cheerful and all worked very hard. Our wine sommelier Arait was very knowledgeable and professional and was happy to advise us whenever we saw her around the complex.
"Aladin" and all the taxi buggy drivers would always stop and offer us a lift even if we weren't at the designated stops and remembered who we were.
The pool service with the waiters on inline skates meant we didn't need to wait long for our order of drinks and would always find us a couple of sun beds and umbrella and table no matter what time of day.
The food was good overall. The Italian restaurant needed an Italian trained chef as some food was pretty tastless.
Only main criticism was the almost impossible booking system for the a la carte restaurants. You can book using the QR code given to you on check in. What they don't tell you is that you can only book up to 1 night in advance and only the chosen restaurants they offer you as not all the restaurants are open every night. If you don't book before 9 in the morning you stand very little chance of getting one for the following night even though they only seem to run all the restaurants at 50% capacity.
Very generous measures of alcohol and the evening entertainment was mostly brilliant, aimed at all ages.
Good shuttle bus along the coast to the Rixos Seagate so good to pop over for the day and visit the water park. You can also book their restaurants here from Rixos.
Mostly it's the lovely staff from cleaners to managers who made this a brilliant holiday.
We would highly recommend this hotel and if we ever visit Sharm el Sheikh again we will definitely book Rixos again.

Best hotel we every stayed in !!

We stayed at Rixos Hotel in Dubrovnik ( Croatia ). By far it was the best hotel we ever stayed in !! Everything you want to have a pleasant stay ! Clean and very nice room, friendly and helpfull staff, large variety and fresh food and also a lot of other things to do. Highly recommend this hotel !!
