One option to make a deposit to your online casino "bank" is to e transfer.
I e-transferred from my bank account to this casino and it was accepted by rizk immediately (within 30 seconds). After that, the money did not arrive in my online account and when I used live chat they said "we will elevate this and send you an email". My reply was "I would like to hold while this is elevated" and they refused.
It seems like this company does not take accepting but then misplacing your funds very seriously.
I wouldn't recommend, not worth the risk.

UPDATE: I have changed my review from one star to five. My initial concern about not seeing my e transfer was resolved. Since then, I have made many more deposits with zero issue and have made two withdrawals (both for a few thousand dollars) and they have been approved within 24 hours and wired directly to my bank very shortly thereafter. The games are fun and I trust that I am going to receive my winnings in my bank account within 1-2 business days after winning

lets see where to start so as it goes i have been playing on this site for quit a few months untill i started to lose big time so i took a break from this casino and went to play at casumo.com untill they wanted me to verify where all my money was comming from so now im here playing at rizks again so this is whats going on now with them and there shaddy ways so i started playing gonzo quest with 100 dollar credit i turned that into 2327.00 then theysay after one of my spins game unavalible they are nortairoues for doing that or they make the game lag so at that point i refreash the game but in my account where my money is susposto be it just says NAM can so then i try to contact customer support and it wont work so i try loging back in and it says page not found they are bad for this kinda sh_t when you start to win big they always fu*k around and not only that when i make my with drawl they always take 30 cash for every 250 that you get thats bullsh*t,but what can you do about it thats why i give them 1 star

so i started playing at rizk and with a welcome offer of 200% and 50 spins i knew there was wagering required so i got to about 100 euro with blackjack till i found out that you have to wage like 4000 euro and you were only allowed to place a bed max 5 euro... in short terms you have to play till you have lost all your bonus money

have been with this casino for a while had verified my id and stuff have had some good wins and some good losses thats the way it rolls from time to time but what i find insulting is being asked to prove my source of wealth that is my buissness and no one elses i have told site i am self employed but thats not good enough they want proof of earnings i dont even show my wife what my earnings are never mind some stranger so im locked out of my account thats fine im sure the other online sites will be happy with my money

Almost impossible to withdraw your money!

Here is my story:

I start playing on this casino a few weeks ago I won some money and I made a withdraw to Neteller as I deposited via Paysafe and Neteller

The next day I got an email that I have to verify my acc. No problem I sent all docs and the nightmare started. They rejected my docs 3 times. It lasted a week that they accepted my docs finally. A week later when I logged in again I see that the money I withdrew is on my account and available to play. Interesting withdraw policy.

I contacted to live support and they said that:
Quote:" The withdrawal was rejected due it was pending for 7 days unfortunately, but you can make a new withdrawal now to your bank account and I will forward it to our team! Unfortunately I our team has advised not to withdraw the funds to Neteller, and unfortunately it wont be processed to your Neteller"

They cancelled my first withdraw and delete this transaction from history.
And they forced me to use Bank transfer instead Neteller without any explanation.

They declined Neteller payout but there is no info about the reason in their T&C , and they didn't inform me about the reason.

Finally I got answers almost a month later.

They forgot or didn’t want to inform me if I deposit via Paysafe the amount and all winnings must be withdrawn via Bank transfer despite I made a deposit via Neteller too during playing.

It took about 3-4 weeks to get this information though I contacted live support many times and didn’t get a detailed answer why I can’t use Neteller as a withdraw method.

So if you deposit via Paysafe, you can only use Bank Transfer for withdrawals on this site.
The e-wallet deposit doesn’t matter, all balance must be withdrawn via and only Bank Transfer.

All casino sites where I’m playing allows withdraw Paysafe money to e-wallets except Rizk Casino!

Finally I withdrew my money via Bank transfer but 2 days later still nothing happened.
I had to contact live support to make my withdraw approved finally.
After 2 days pending status Finally I got the money within 24h via Bank transfer.

I created an account with rizk, deposits are like almost instant but problems begin once u try to withdraw funds. They say they have the fastest withdrawals, but thats a lie. First they ask u to verify account. If you try to do that they constantly try to reject the documents which btw almost every other site approved, Once done, ID proof, proof of payment and address was accepted. They still didnot approve withdrawals and started asking for more proofs and even astropay account screenshots. Been more than a week but still withdrawals are stuck while you can easily add more money but simply cant withdraw.

update: they finally approved the documents.

They are keeping my money and blocked my account, I have 2600 pounds and they asked to verify that’s fine, I sent the address there asked for in a bank statement and a pdf, then I sent a passport and then I got a email saying I need a government letter, I sent a hmrc letter the didn’t approve it, it was in date, they then asked for for to take a selfie with passport I sent it, I live in the Uk and in Sweden. And explained I don’t get much post to my Uk address as it a family address. But at the time of playing I was living there. They refused to approve the address I had sent and asked for a paper bill knowing I don’t get any as it’s my family house. I have been trying to verify for 3 weeks only to be told on chat the address can be accepted I sent then email says no sorry we can’t Accept I screenshot them saying they can. Then they say no sorry it’s a human error. A pdf bank statement and a hmrc national insurance letter was not enough they want a gas bill I don’t pay for. I have sent a I’d card, passport , and a self holding my passport as they needed that too. Only to be told my hmrc letter and pdf bank statement aren’t enough.

Let someone te-open account. they breached regulations and did not have a verbal or face to face conversation.
Besides that they Saw bankstatement it this person clearly shows irresponsible gambling.

Signed up here about 3 months ago and found it my go too place too play then all of a sudden they asked for source of wealth information. I asked all questions and sent off bank statements and my driving license for Id. But apparently these are not good enough. So now won't pay my winnings or verify me. How is it legal not too pay winnings?. They lie on live chat and ask for documents I've already sent that all other casinos have used too verify me. So disappointing. And still now they are sending me emails asking me too credit my account. Unreal.

I set up an account deposited without issue and won tried to withdraw and they decided they needed verification of my identity they asked for 6 different things which I sent they then said I had used a 3rd person payment method (my wife’s card) they then needed 4 more things from her. Provided them all they were excepted all was well then deposited more and had £100 credit on my account when it logged me out. I tried to log back in and was told my account was blocked
For security reasons. I was then told my account was closed and my winnings had been confiscated the decision was final and that was that. I emailed back and forth several times they answered with patronising one line reply’s basically saying tough and ending with have a wonderful day lol
