I sent over my verification documents well over a month ago and still haven’t heard a single thing from them. I don’t understand why it is taking so long. I’m very disappointed

Please avoid this corrupt site. Free spins if you are lucky enough to get them are atrocious.

One of my favourite online casinos. A few notes re: the bad reviews...first, every UK licensed casino is required to verify your account, it's normal to be asked for proof of ID and address. Next, people have got to stop leaving casinos bad reviews because they played slots or roulette or whatever and lost their money. The games are provided by different companies and the casinos themselves have zero influence over how they play or whether they pay out. Rizk has a selection of games from several large international, reputable providers such as NetEnt, Play N Go and Greentube. Customer service in my opinion is excellent and my experience has been that, having verified my account a long time ago (my advice btw is do this process before you deposit, on this site or any other), my withdrawals are processed within literally a few minutes. That is phenomenal, plenty of other casinos I use regularly leave me waiting 12 or even 24 hours to approve a cash out.

Then to top it off I explained my concerns to the customer care team and they ignored me for 10 minutes until they realised I weren't going away and she finally started messaging 10 minutes after her, how can I help message..

If you ever win on rizk, you can't take withdraw. why? its need few days, to approve withdraw. + they are asking lot of details (driver license, bills, etc) which they never need.

Verification process isn’t the quickest, but it’s similar to many other Online Casinos.

No phone support which is a downer.

Not too pleased that you can’t ask for bonuses in chat. Also it seems the support team look after many other casinos too, so asking Rizk specific questions can sometimes lead to a long wait for a reply.

Support is pretty average, quite long response times, but usually they are very polite and friendly.

Cashing out no issue once verified, all bonuses are given in real cash, decent amount of games on the site, overall a positive experience here!

a little long waiting time for withdrawal compared to other casinos (took 8 business days instead of 1-3), but withdraw went through. Good website, love the lock withdrawal thing. Thanks Rizk

UPDATE: Lately withdraws have taken only 1 day after approval to Norway.This is my go to casino till now.

I thought I would try these folks out. Well, 12 days have passed since they deposited my winnings. I'm just not sure whose account it went to, but it wasn't mine!!

Terrible. Says one amount for cash out then when u cash your bet out they take 70 percent off. Did this twice. Impossible mistake to make total scam. This place is a scam do not use. Worst site I've ever used. Will rob your details.

Allow you to use false names to open an account and do not take appropriate steps to check the registration details are legitimate

I would give them ZERO stars.
Closed my account for 3 months saying they had an issue increasing my deposit limit and then changed their story saying it was a technical problem and now are trigger happy soon as you mention you are going to close your account.

Their have gone down the gutter since they added the sports betting side of things.

Had Some trouble with a deposit bonus. Was solved in a good way eventually.

I have sent the proper bank documents to them over 7 times to attempt to get my $1k winnings..yet they still keep asking for the same thing or something new in continued emails. They don't seem to understand that not all banks have the same statement info. They never asked to confirm my identity before they took my $ (or to see if I was old enough to gamble etc)..but jumping through hoops for 4 days now to get my winnings.They are not being helpful at all, just smarmy. The only casino EVER that has insisted that I uncover my passport #..they don't need that information..just my DOB, name , country, etc...very inappropriate to require this and not player friendly at all.Extremely stressful experience thus far :(

So... In reading the other reviews, I can see I'm not the only person who thinks Rizk is a highly suspect online casino. I had won some money with them, then after making a request to withdraw half of it, Rizk asked me to authenticate my account.. Now this is where the downhill started. Several tries and it looked like I had given them what they wanted. Nope. Got a email saying a had broke there limits and the what had won was taken back. It's a online casino, there should be no way to brake the rules, as they setup the main settings in code. Tried the online chat to find out what game and what the hell is the reason. Nope the online chat support treated me like a was the bad guy.... Right. If this is the case, I'm will not be using Rizk, and I would highly recommend checking if any casino is connect to the group MT SecureTrade Limited.
If they are, run away and save your money.

Never had a problem and made first withdrawel last week which was won from a free bonus. I requested withdraw and uploaded identification just incase and next day it was in bank. Thankyou rizk

Made a deposit and then told to send varification documents. I did not agree with what they were asking for so requested that MY money, not winnings,, be returned and my account closed. I have just been told that they will not return MY deposit and that I agreed to the terms and conditions. They say nothing about Risk STEALING my money. I have no choice now but to get legal advice. DO NOT USE THESE THIEVES.

What a nightmare.

I went to make my first withdrawal. I was questioned why the mailing address is different on my utility bill, I explained but said the gas supplied to address is mine which is on the bill. This wasn't accepted by them so I sent in additional docs to prove my address. within a day I had two emails saying my account is now verified. Great I thought. THEN two days later I get another email saying the team have reviewed my account and my utility bill isn't acceptable. I replied I know, I went through all this yesterday explaining why the mailing address is different, provided additional docs which were accepted. they replied asking for an alternative utility bill. I thought maybe they are asking because I emailed rather than uploaded on their website so I uploaded the additional docs and asked them why I was verified now I'm unverified???? no answer to this, just that my utility bill wasn't accepted. I wait, hear nothing, emails go from 30in -1hr response times to nothing. emailed for an update almost 24 hrs later, was told my docs are 'waiting' to be reviewed. waited another day or so, still nothing. contacted live support, had to explain everything that had happened, no centralised notes system, very frustrating. she said she will get someone to get in touch with me. get an email the next day, 'we would ask you to Kindly provide alternative proof for your address so I uploaded docs again. still waiting, hearing nothing. meanwhile I gave in and spent my winnings which is annoying.

So in short, what a bunch of incompetents with crappy, inefficient processes. I swear they are just stalling tactics so they don't have to pay out as I provided everything that was asked. Also, one of the first reps I dealt with couldn't tell me why the withdrawal couldn't go to my credit card which is what I deposited from and just said ask your bank, I don't know, I don't know why it's not letting you. Surely I'm not the first person that this has happened to??? why can I withdraw to my credit card for other casinos??? why is it just this casino that I've encountered that issue??? useless. I have worked in customer service for many years and there is no way that our company would allow reps to provide this level of service or have processes that are so inefficient, keeping customers waiting with unresolved problems for days, no certainty about when you will hear from someone, backtracking on what they have said - all when I've been an honest person.

Was very weary signing up to this site after reading the (very few) bad reviews. I figured I would give it a try and if I lost my £10 fair dos. Signed up with the welcome bonus thinking I would never hit the x40 wagering requirements but would have fun playing my fave game genie jackpots megaways for a bit. Anyways I played for 2 days and my balance just kept going up and up. I kept checking and I was literally a few pounds from the requirement when I got a bonus of £82 from a 10p spin. Now I was worried about withdrawing after reading about the ID etc. But I have done it for other sites like pocketwin and mfortune so assumed it would be the same sort of process. Straight after withdrawing I sent a picture of my driving licence and my bank statement which covered proof of address and proof of payment in one. I used PayPal and the £100 was in my PayPal account within 2 hours!!! It actually went in my account quicker than any other site I've used! So yeah don't just assume they are bad cos of the reviews left by unhappy customers. I took the plunge and am £90 up. Happy days
