Logan was exceptional. Early. Tidy. Friendly. Respectful. Explained that the fan could not go up straight due to a fitted cabinet but said if I ever move it, to call them back out and he would turn it round. Can’t asked for more.

Logan is the only person from your company who have ever gone above and beyond to help us out. He was so kind and fixed not only our shower but also the light. It's a shame the rest of the company isn't as efficient

I recently called out an electrician to check a crackling plug socket, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, calm, and very reassuring.

What initially felt like a bit of a minefield, not knowing who to call or what the issue might be, I was quickly put at ease.

They thoroughly tested everything, explained what they were doing in clear terms, and went above and beyond to reassure me that everything was safe and in good working order. I really appreciated how neatly they left everything in the kitchen after testing. It showed real care and respect for my home.

I felt I could completely trust their expertise, and it was clear they really knew what they were doing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a reliable and professional electrician.

David R attended my property to repair fuse box tripping sockets. This was after previous electrician from check a trade attended & messed up the job & then tried to charge again - (Repair Masters- DO NOT USE!)

Electrician attended my property to inspect my electric shower, was very happy with the works that were carried out.

They let me down the first visit on the day they made no plans properly now they had the aldasty to ring me make sure I would be in on my next appointment. Today. Nothing. Cant even ring. It's not just the work it's the way you get treated. Badly I am so peed off I could be resting from operation but so much grief . Well I am going to my hospital appointment now. Your not here again. Not a company to rely on at all

I have used RJA Electrical Services 3 times for replacement light fittings and cannot recommend them highly enough. Even though on one visit, they were replacing 9 fittings around the home, they worked around us to avoid any disruption.

On each occasion the electricians worked really hard, they were friendly and very respectful. They have done an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier.
