Warren is an absolute legend of an engineer, very polite and knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile to resolve my issues with heating/boiler. He is truly a very valuable asset to RJ Martindale and you are very lucky to have him. All staff I have contacted at the office are very polite and always willing to help.

What a brilliant company, staff very friendly, hard working, and very efficient would recommend this company if you would like a new hot water tank. They are reasonably priced.

Contacted RJ Marindale to do an annual service on my Central Heating Boiler. The engineer came out and stripped the boiler down and told me that it had never been serviced properly and said it needed replacing. I was given, a more than acceptable, quote for a new boiler to be installed and it was arranged for a couple of days later. The Engineer arrived right on time and he was polite and friendly, explaining how the work was going throughout the process. The new boiler was fitted, the system was flushed through and refilled and new inhibitor added, the heating was switched on and the radiators were turned on and re balanced and Luke, the engineer, made sure that we were satisfied with the work done, which we were, before tidying up and cleaning up after the work was completed. All in all a great experience from a very good company. I can’t praise them enough, from the office staff to the engineers they are pleasant, polite and put you completely at ease. I can highly recommend them.

Cannot recommend this company too highly.The price for fitting a combi boiler was competitive and the fitting was extremely professional.Scott and Edward should be commended for their professionalism.Could not recommend them any higher.Thank you.

Just had a new boiler and radiators fitted. From the initial visit to the completed work they have been outstandingly professional. Two and a half days from start to finish and the three engineers never stopped, not even for a break. Three of the nicest people you could meet who would go the extra mile to provide amazing service.
Amazing, outstanding, professional. I could not have asked for more. Worth every penny!

Had a back boiler it was well over 40years old and it finally surrendered to old age, and we had just decorated all downstairs so wasn't looking forward to the mess,Anyway RJ MARTINDALE came installed a condensing combi boiler and to look at the house you wouldn't know they had,they did a SUPERB JOB

Contacted Martindales today as an emergency. Couldn't turn my water off. The response was exceptional! Louise, secretary arranged for an engineer to attend, he arrived within 15 mins with a lovely smile and an Easy manner, his name was Dan.
He was able to identify the problem immediately and resolved it within 15 mins.

Where do you get such a wonderful service?? I love to acknowledge such wonderful business's. They have never let me down.

Just had a major overhaul of our central heating system. New boiler, pressurised hot water tank and several new high output radiators.
All completed over two days with minimum inconvenience by helpful friendly engineers.
Everything left clean and tidy each day despite the major upheaval
We've been with Ryans company for a few years now for service and maintenance and they have always been professional and honest about what's required.
