Everything was amazing from beginning to end. Specifically Rob and his apprentice Harry. Polite, friendly and giving professional opinions throughout which made the final version 10/10 . I would have them back in a heartbeat and recommend to everyone I know.
It was actually quite sad to see them go.

RLS from quote to finish were exceptionally professional. Ryan and his team were polite and hard working, they transformed our Bathroom. There were some issues to overcome due the existing plumbing, Michael the main fitter discussed and kept us informed throughout. We would definitely recommend and use again.

Very happy with the completed work. Everything looks great in both my bathrooms and I can't fault the end product at all.

The job was slightly more troublesome than originally thought, due to unexpected mould and rotten wood for example, but they handled it for me at no additional cost.

I would recommend RLS and will use them again in the future.

Had a full bathroom removal and refit. Tiling, wetroom, underfloor heating and new bathroom suite. Kane and Brayden were great at cleaning up after themselves. They attended every day on time and were very polite and professional. we were kept informed every step of the way. We love our new bathroom! Great attention to detail and quality finish. I would not hesitate to recommend RLS Plumbing and Heating Services to anyone.

We 1st used RLS for a relatively straightforward leak and now they are our go to company for anything from bathroom/toilet fixture and fitting changes to complete re-modelling, redesign and fit. RLS have just refurbed my family bathroom and have done a fantastic job. We've had some bathroom disasters in the past, but Ryan, Danielle and the team have made this whole process simple and stress free.

Ryan took the time to understand what we wanted to achieve and was full of helpful advice. Once we approved the plans and quote, the service continued to impress - we had to request a change to our fitting dates twice but it was never a drama. Danielle simply found other customers for us to swap with and we never felt like we were being a pain.

When it came to the fitting, we had Kane and Brayden - a great team. They were polite and courteous, kept us updated and did their best to keep the rest of the house clean and tidy. They also clearly take pride in their work - and the end result is stunning.

We couldn't be happier -and will certainly use RLS again!

I honestly can’t recommend RLS plumbing anymore. Ryan, Kane and Braydon worked really hard during both renovations and went out of their way to make sure we were happy throughout. Jobs were completed to a high standard and we are really happy with the end result. Would use them again.

Had my en-suite totally refurbed by RLS and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Kane and brayden who did the work were professional and friendly! Answered any queries we had and went through any work before carrying it out to make sure we was happy with it! We will be back to these guys when we get our main bathroom done! 5 start would give more if I could!

RLS plumbing have sorted out all my plumbing services very professionally. I would highly recommend.
Had a wet room fitted earlier this year and was so pleased with their work that we have used them for our other plumbing needs of moving pipe work, moving a radiator, even sorting out a drainage problem. Will definitely use them again. Very reliable.

RLS restored my faith in tradesmen, honestly!

I have held off a year leaving this review because I wanted to see how the bathroom faired after some use (and because I'm a lazy git). I'm pleased to say it still looks like the day they left it. So here goes... I found RLS through photos they had posted on facebook. I contacted them during covid to quote on a complete bathroom rip out. Ryan arrived took the details, listen to me chew his ear off about the fact I wanted PIR lights, PIR fan, copper pipes only, no boxing in, underfloor heating and probably a load of other requirements that would put most fitters off. Ryan was brilliant, literally nothing fazed him and was quick to return an itemised quote for materials and labour. After sitting on the quote for a week I accepted. The price was fair, Ryan was as responsive as you could have hoped for and I liked the fact they had a physical premises incase I needed to go moan.

In the month prior to the ripout we engaged with Danielle on the phone and over email on product specifics. She was great cemented my thinking that i'd chosen the right company!

The install was set at a 2 week timeframe and we were sent Rob and Michael for the job. Rob wasted no time taking two layers of tiles down and filing the skip. The guys did everything they could to keep the dust levels down, whilst we were forced to work in the house because of covid. They had dust sheets down every morning and always tidied up and vacuumed before they left each night.

Both Rob and Michael handled all aspects of the fit out between them. They worked super well together, communicated on progress daily (or whenever I wandered into see what they were discussing) and were genuinely all in all decent blokes.

I consider myself to be a bit or a perfectionist so found great comfort in Rob who took pride in his work and took time with the details. The way the porcelain tile grout lines wrap the wall and floor is a real piece of art.

In summary - I cant recommend these guys enough. Get RLS round for a quote. You wont be disappointed!

My tip - Request Rob/Michael and ensure you have enough milk in for about 12 brews a day 🤣

Ryn sorted the shower for me promptly. It was fitted straight away. Thd plumber was well mannered and helpful and cleaned up afterwards. The price was a good price. My experience with Ryan and the company was excellent. Will always go back to RSL

Can’t recommend Ryan and his team enough. Understanding, patient, professional and quality work. Gave me the bathrooms that I wanted, overcoming challenges along the way. Very friendly and likeable people. I tend to be very fussy indoors and they tried their best to be tidy and not disruptive.
