From the moment we met Ryan to discuss our requirements, to when Kane and Brayden arrived to fit our new bathroom, they all inspired us with confidence. Ryan provided us with some suggestions and advice which was always backed up with clear reasoning. Danielle in the office was always quick to reply to our queries in a very friendly and efficient manner.

Like no doubt many other people looking to get their bathroom refurbished, we simply did our research and looked at reviews, as a complete bathroom refurbishment is not a small undertaking, and we were not left disappointed.

Kane and Brayden’s attention to detail was top notch and second to none. I am not a massive fan of having tradespeople in my home, but we felt extremely comfortable with Kane and Brayden, who clearly knew their stuff, cleaned up well and provided progress updates at the end of each day.

We are certainly very happy to recommend RLS Plumbing & Heating Services, and we wish Ryan and the team all the very best for the future, they deserve to be successful.

We live in an old house and have learned that jobs are NEVER simple. RLS supplied and fitted a new boiler at short notice and fixed our Aga which needed new gas valve. All in time for Christmas so we are not huddled around a candle! Every member of the team was professional and friendly and tackled the job with no fuss. Quotes were reasonable and matched the final invoices so we knew exactly where we stood.
Life would be so much easier if all companies behaved like this.

Had a few initial problems with getting call-backs and appointments but I cannot fault the workmen. They were professional and courteous, which is always a bonus when a single woman having men working inside your home. Really recommend.

Can't fault the quality of work that Kane and Brayden did when fitting us a new bathroom. They had a challenge sorting out dodgy plumbing and tiling from previous bathroom fitter, but took it all in their stride. Friendly, polite and clean workers too.

Just moved into our new house & the bathroom was awful.
It needed completely ripping out & starting again.
The team were amazing from start to finish, we are over the moon with our new bathroom & they got it all done in only 9 days!

Entire bathroom refit. Removed old and fitted new. Listened well to what we wanted and created the perfect bathroom for us. Kane and Brayden worked well together and left the house tidy. RLS removed my bath and fitted a walk in shower I didn’t want new tiles so opted for wall boards looks great. Everything was left clean and tidy the guys were really good

From the very first meeting with Ryan of RLS I knew RLS was going to do our bathroom. RLS provided two very capable installers worked continuously through to completion. Any questions were answered instantly with a full explanation.
The result was a transformation of a fully built modern and fresh bathroom with excellent mastic skills putting the cherry on the cake. An excellent company to deal with .

£14.91 for a 15mm stopcock. £4.55 from tool station. That is taking the pxss.
Maybe coz it was a women they took liberties, don't know.
All I know is 100% will not be returning.
