Purchased an item they sent me the incorrect item then didn’t send out the correct item as promised they offered to send me a bobble hat for delay and promised would be dispatched at 4 pm that day but never was then when questioned further what they had told me recieved refund bounced at me they felt they gave a good service and also kept the postage costs and wasn’t my fault at all (will never use again) put the postage costs down to experience this is a honest review of an purchase I made I could go more in depth but can only base on my overall experience I was more than understanding with them

Best in the business. I've dealt with most suppliers of this kind over the years and since using RRPS I have never been anywhere else. Brett and the team are the most genuine I've come across which seems to be a dying thing in itself. Best pricing, best customer service and the best products all in one place.

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with. Customer service outstanding with special mention to Charlotte. The caliper I ordered came in super quick time initially which I was very impressed with, but needed to be returned due to defect. One email saw them dispatch a replacement within 24 hours and collected the return at the same time. Couldn’t be more impressed with the customer service and I’d not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Wish all companies were like this!

After we were both messed about by Brembo , RRPS got my discs flown in overnight from Italy by special delivery allowing me to make a track day .Left Italy 5pm and in my hand 1pm next day. Absolute quality outfit and great customer service.
