Specifically asked about the stock of a set of Brembo GP4-RB calipers as on site showed out of stock for the 108mm. Got a message back stating they were in stock after all.
Order placed and was told would be shipped (I am in the UK) Friday for delivery Saturday.
Thursady evening I asked about a Brembo 19RCS Corsa Corta radial master cylinder, they said this was also in stock and would send an invoice Friday morning. Got the invoice, all was good so again, I placed my order.
I waited for the tracking number to be sent and no tracking came Friday into the late afternoon. Contacted them via facebook messages and was eventually told via voicemail, the calipers had no pads in them. Weird, as ALL Brembo calipers come from factory with pads pre-installed, oh and sealed from factory too. So I will let you be the judge of how they knew there was no pads if the box should have been sealed anyway. And then, the Radial was also out of stock after I had prior to ordering asked about this. Now, that could be a bit of a co-inky-dink that both the items I ordered that were apparently IN STOCK were now miraculously unavailable until at the earliest next week but the website STILL shows that BOTH of these items are currently IN STOCK!!! This was Saturday 6th May 2023 and said same Friday 5th May 2023, both show in stock on their website.
So, after I kicked off with good reason to, they pulled a fast one and just refunded my money to PayPal but not so simple as going directly into my account but via an echeque which takes 5-10 working days to clear. WOW, just WOW!!! There was no such delay with my payment yet I now have to wait for my refund,
To say I am a little miffed is an understatement. Totally useless. If you do not have the stock, DO NOT SAY YOU HAVE just to get orders. Then have the audacity to issue my refund that will take over a week to arrive. Joke!!!

In response to your "facts".
I asked if the calipers were coming back into stock for the 108mm. Your Facebook reply was "just checked and they are in stock now". I adked if there was any discount, I was sent "AC5" code to which I applied via your website checkout, you did not send me a link for the calipers with a discount.
Thursday evening I did ask about the Brembo Corsacorta MC, if there was a deal to be had. Your reply was "Always a deal, will send a link in the morning". Your website showed the 19RCS Corsa CORTA in stock already, so why would I have to question your stock levels anyway!!! I ordered once I got the link sent to my email. BTW the price was basically the same as I could have gotten elsewhere anyway FYI, I just thought I would get all from one place to save hassle.
Still not accepting that a company like Brembo sent a set of calipers with no pads, but if you're sticking with then fine.
In regards to when I would actually get my orders, you are assuming that you were going to ship Tuesday yet you did not have the pads that were missing on Friday so no idea how you were apparently going to ship Tuesday is beyond me.
Yes I'm angry and yes I used a few blue words in my messages. I think they were perfectly justified with how YOUR reps whoever they are have treated myself as a customer. Excuse after excuse and the condescending manner of replies is exactly what I needed.
So believe what you want, you are definitely squarely at fault here.
I would suggest you keep your stock up to date or stock lying about what you do and do not have.
I see you totally dodged the refund taking over a week before I get it. That was the final nail in the coffin.

That was a painfull and awful experience with this company. I did a huge order, more than 1000 pounds and I asked to be quick to receive the items, but this never happened. The communication was extremely diifficult, with unanswered email, or short asnwers which in most cases were not close to the truth. Customer service is terrible, the owner, called me, arguing about my complain email, before even ask what happened.
After more than 15 days, more lies and unasnwered email, today I asked to be refunded for the item I still waiting to receive.
The only reason I gave two stars is because, at least, they issued a gift card of 25 pounds, as a goodwill gesture. Unfortunately, my complain emails, didn't let them understand how to take care of a good spending customer.
I have the emails that can confirm all my story.

PS I have seen today the answer I received from RRPS. To be completely honest and transparent I like to add the following:

1- The number of the emails sent were directly connected to the fact that RRPS were not answering. Obviously, the content was not to emphasize your brilliant behaviour, however I was never unpolite. To the opposite the call from the company owner was very disrespecful and arrogant, to a customer that spent more than £1000. The order was sent incomplete, wrong and slowly.

2- asking me to order to correct item showing how inaccurately you reveiwed my order. The switch I ordered was model specific, for the RSV4 aprc 2014, and you sent me a switch that was not compatible with that bike, the connector was wrong. Simply, you were slow to process the order.

3-I'm happy you had the time to look at my other reviews in trustpilot, again you giving a false information, even if not relevant for the case. The majority of my reviews are to eulogise.

4-Because your answer contains a lot of false and inaccurate statements I deciced to move my review from 2 to 1 star.

5-I Total agree with your statement, I certainly will not order a single bolt anymore from you.

6- I smiling, even more when I read your fairy tales comments.

Overall good experience over the last few years, get back to you quickly, very personal approach

Not an expert with bikes at all so had to ask a lot of questions, responses were prompt and very informative, they obviously know their stuff. Did some shopping around too and prices were very competitive. All round very happy and would definitely recommend.

Brett and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and help you find exactly that you need for your bike , they’re able to make suggestions/ recommendations to cater to your requirements.
There was a particular part I was after that they didn’t stock yet , but they sourced it and had it out to me within a week !

Don’t buy from this company, terrible customer service!! Spoke to a gentleman who told me “stop and take a listen to myself” item was advertised as ready to paint. The parts have been in the workshop for over 2 weeks and still not ready due to the poor quality they turned up in! I got told by the same person they aren’t really for a road bike to put on oem fairings better on a track bike that you don’t care about. This is not advertised as this on the website. When asked for my money back got told there was no chance unless I sent the item Back which I’m having to pay double the price to make good, so if I send them back now I will have no product and still be £250 out of pocket to pay the paint company. Could moan about this company all evening

Bought from them regularly since 2016 , really helpful pre and post purchase service. Delivered always on time with quirky free stickers at times. All in all quite happy with them , faultless
