I've used RRPS for around 4 year now as they've usually got the best choice of parts and can get most things I want from one place and they have always looked after me when buying a few things at once. The team is always happy to help with any questions of what will work with my bike and other parts already fitted. My latest order was a jetprime QA throttle with integrated switches, domino grips and WRS screen. Service was spot on as usual and I'll be continuing to go to them in the future

First and last time shopping here...
I placed an order for two items on Black Friday 2023. No indication of stock levels on their website, and no ETA provided after ordering incase anything was not in stock. I waited for a couple weeks, and then enquired several times on email with no response.
1+ month later in early December, I received an "order shipped email" for one of the items, and it arrived a couple days later, along with an email note stating my second item was "due in any day now", so I waited.
A couple weeks went by and I emailed 3 times further asking for updates with no response. Finally on Jan 15th I was SMS'd saying the item was "due in next week", so again I waited.
11 days later, still nothing so I message asking for an update and the response was "we have huge delivery arriving today and your item is on it".
4 days later and still nothing, so I message again asking to cancel & refund, and the response was "are you sure, they are due to be shipped tomorrow?", so I waited for that to happen, which it did not.
2 days later I asked for a refund again, and was told "no problem".
1 day later I asked where the refund was as my order remained open, and was told "refund was issued today, and takes 3-5 days", so I waited.
3 days later I unexpectedly receive a "item shipped email" and my item has been posted and 2 days later it was delivered even though I had asked for a refund and it was acknowledged.
I won't even burden myself trying to get the refund again for the second item as I will likely be strung along for weeks on end yet again.

My experience with Road Race Performance has been a complete nightmare from start to finish. I ordered a £1700 exhaust that the owner claimed he had a shipment coming in within the week however, this was not the case.
After much back and forth I finally received a parcel 11 weeks later! The exhaust that owner had sent was nearly half the value of the original exhaust I had purchased and this was only the start of the ordeal. I rang the owner to let him know the wrong exhaust had arrived, he stated that he knew and that the one I had ordered was discontinued. If this was the case, I’m not sure why the exhaust was still advertised on the website at the time?
The owner then requested that I send the item back to him with the understanding that I would receive a full refund for my original purchase. The item was sent back to the owner’s business address tracked and signed for and it was due to arrive the next day. The next day, I had received photographic evidence through Parcelforce and an email to state that the parcel had been delivered. I hadn't heard anything from the owner regarding my refund since the parcel had been delivered so I had to contact him again.. This is when the owner ‘stated’ that the item had been stolen! I asked him if he would check his CCTV to find out any info regarding this, his reply was that the cameras get turned off on a weekend - I found this reply strange considering the parcel had been delivered on a Thursday, not the weekend ??
The owner informed me that this was now my problem as much as his, so at this point I was £1700 out of pocket and had no item. After various phone calls and messages, he kept promising a full refund via PayPal. I waited for the payment to land as promised however, it never did. It came in as a pending payment on multiple occasions however, it kept failing. Paypal since informed me that this was actually being cancelled by the owner. I stated this to him which he said he hadn’t done, he then requested that I send him an email saying I don’t want to be paid my refund via PayPal and that he wanted to bank transfer the money. I was very reluctant to do this as the transaction had been carried out through PayPal. At this stage even more alarm bells were ringing. I then informed PayPal about the situation and they advised that I open a case to get my money back.
I feel the owner made everything as awkward as he possibly could and I was often met with complete arrogance from him. I found this utterly unacceptable behaviour from someone who calls themselves a 'business owner'.
Paypal reviewed my case and after several stressful month the case was found in my favour and I finally received my refund. I have all the proof to back this review up and have never encountered anything like this. In hindsight, I wish I had read the Trust Pilot reviews before buying from this business as it would have told me everything I needed to know! It would appear that I am not the only customer who has had similar issues with this ‘business owner’.
Finalising my dealings with this company and I will not be responding to any playground response. Enough of my time has been wasted.

Easily one of the best experiences I've had with buying aftermarket parts for my bike!! I had gotten in touch with them through Facebook about getting an i2m dash for my zx6r track bike and they were more than helpful in getting me set up with everything I needed to get it on the bike. They have the patience of saints (I definitely wasn't the easiest customer) Was even delivered before the end of the week!
10/10 experience and would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
