Superb customer service and prices.
I can't speak highly enough of the service I received from this company. I required a new head unit for my car and after some research I came across the Kenwood one I wanted online at Road Radio at a great price with free next day delivery. The item was dispatched promptly and was well packaged for tracked delivery by APC.
I ended up ordering a Kenwood subwoofer a few days later as Road Radio were once again competitive on price. During the ordering process, the payment didn't appear to go through and I processed it again... but it had. I was called within an hour by Andy to say he assumed I'd made an error and he was cancelling one of the orders and refunding my extra payment. Truly first class service and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for ICE as they are the benchmark for online retailing.

Great customer service
Great customer service. The wrong cd/radio player was sent to me. After emailing Road Radio Andy apologised and arranged for the next cd/radio unit up to be sent to me and for the wrong cd/radio player to be collected. At no further cost to me. Fantastic customer service and the error was quickly resolved. Thoroughly recommend this company.
