We made our reservation 5 weeks in advance and received an email that said everything was pending. We never heard from them again. 2 days before the agreed date and 3 attempts to call and email, I found out we didn’t have a carrier. They said I wouldn’t hear from them unless there was a problem. I consider this a problem! We canceled the service. It did not help to sign up early! We were still left without a pickup or answers. A huge disappointment and inconvenience.(#R2266972)

We would like to clarify that all pickup dates provided during the booking process are estimated. Your first available pickup date was 6/4, and the order was canceled on 6/2. Carrier assignments are typically finalized closer to a customer's ready date, as carrier availability and schedules can change frequently. Your shipment was still within the normal dispatch timeframe at the time of cancellation.
We understand that not having the updates you were expecting was frustrating, and we regret that our communication did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our processes and customer experience.
Horrible experience start to finish
Never able to arrange a pickup. When they found someone, they either wanted to pickup on a Sunday (at a dealership) or they wanted to increase the price by $800 or more. Customer service is short, rude and unprofessional. Horrible experience.

Transport process was quick and everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Scheduling was easy, communication was solid, and both pickup and dropoff were on time with true door-to-door service.
Only downside was the vehicle tracking feature. They provide a tracking link, but it didn’t really update during transit, so it wasn’t very useful for actually following the vehicle’s progress. Other than that, overall great experience.

I have never written an on line review, but feel compelled to do so now. In March, I booked an auto transport from CA to WI, scheduled May 6. Between then and May 5, I received numerous automated emails telling me my carrier match was on schedule. On May 5 I finally called to inquire about the timing of my pickup. The woman that finally answered told me that it didn't look like I would have a match for my scheduled 5/6 date, but that next day I should expect a confirmation. That never came. When I called on May 7, she (I think the same person) didn't recall our conversation and had nothing to offer me..there was simply no match in sight. She was entirely unapologetic, and had no sympathy for the fact that I now had to simply cancel all of my transportation plans. Then, believe it or not, I received an email ten days later telling me there was a carrier. NO THANK YOU.
