I was originally charged with dangerous driving based on a wildly out of proportion story being delivered to the PF/Crown.
I was referred to Dominic by a solicitor local to myself and i cant thank them enough for the referral.
I live in North wales and the case took place in Ayr Sherrif court and Dominic based in Glasgow this meant a lot of talking through the case over email or phone and Dominic went that extra mile to ensure he built a fantastic case for me, his diligent and professional cross examination of the 1st witness saw my dangerous driving case collapse and i received a much lesser charge and a small fine.

Dominic recently represented my Son, He could have went for the guilty plea early on and made his money easily, he didn't, he fought the case with true professionalism, keeping us updated after every court appearance, he was there nine times but only had my son there twice. Through his knowledge and determination he eventually got the case thrown out of court. This was a failing to report case and could have meant 5 points and a large fine. I can not thank Dominic enough and I would 100% recommend him.

Dominic was a true gentleman and as a mother who's son was being convicted of a driving offence he was able to give me peace of mind every step of the way. Dominic went above and beyond to communicate with both myself and my son to ensure that we fully understood the case at all times and he answered all of my questions quickly and in layman's terms so as not to cause any confusion.
