Helped my partner i would highly reccomend this man to anyone !!

I got in touch with Dominic Sellar after acquiring 12 point on my licence in a short space of time and facing another 6 being added on top of that. After some quick online research, I realised there was a chance I could avoid a driving ban by putting forward a case of “exceptional hardship”.

I got in touch with Dominic and he helped me understand how the court hears and deals with these cases and how we could put forward a solid argument against a mandatory driving ban.

After a few phone calls and emails I knew what evidence I needed to show to strengthen my case.

I was very happy and relieved to receive a positive outcome after the hearing. The court accepted my plea of exceptional hardship should I lose my licence. After a brief hearing I was able to keep my driving licence meaning minimum disruption to my day to day life.

Dominic was incredibly knowledgable, patient and a pleasure to deal with. I’m hopeful I won’t require his services in the future. However, I would highly recommend his firm for those who find them selves in a similar position.

My disabled brother was the subject of a local resident trying to be an interfering vindictive individual who reported him to the police for alleged dangerous driving.

Dominic saved my licence

I can never thank Dominic enough for what he did. I was charged with careless driving on the higher end and as a probationary driver, would face revocation (i.e. licence taken and restart everything again). Without going into details, with all the evidence, all lawyers I contacted told me it was a very real possibility. Dominic however, was very calm, reassuring, and thought there was a chance to mitigate the punishment. He explained everything and was contactable at all times. He simplified and took care of everything. On the day, 7pts (which would be revocation) and £450, was reduced to 5pts and £300. The judge made a point of stating this. So without Dominic, my licence was as good as gone. He ultimately saved my licence and livelihood. He's a fantastic solicitor, and more than that, a brilliant person.

Excellent handling of my case, great communication and the outcome was extremely satisfactory. I hope I won't need Mr Seller's services again but if I do I would defiantly give him a call.

My case was dragged out for way longer than needed but Dominic always showed up to represent me time after time. Will definelty use Dominic again if ever needed, good outcome and managed to reduce the charges.
