I’m 44 years old and this was my second drunk driving charge since I was in trouble before with road traffic and other offences but I have to say, Richard Freeman and there team really do know how to pull off miracles, these guys turned a drunk driving offence into 10 penalty points and a fine, considering I sacked my previous lawyer who told me I could get jail or at least 3 years driving ban for being 5 times over the limit, cut a long story short I thought I’d give Richard Freeman and co a go in desperation I have to say it was the best thing I’ve ever done, pure genius I kid you not. 👍

I contacted Mr Freeman after reading his online reviews in a panic after my partner had a dreadful crash and the Police charged her with Dangerous Driving. I had a lengthy conversation with Richard going over the facts. To be honest I was very worried regarding the situation though from the outset Richard put me at ease. I quickly realised I was in hands that actually cared.
We were kept updated promptly and kept well informed during the duration of this ordeal... it took over 2 years to go to court. We had Motor Insurance Legal Cover as part of our Comprehensive Vehicle Policy.. the insurer refused to pay out for this and Mr Freeman took the time and effort to review the policy, contacting the insurer who subsequently U turned on their decision paying out Mr Freeman’s fees in full.
Mr Richard Freeman managed to get the Dangerous Driving reduced to Driving without Due Care and Attention with 7 points and a £450 fine. We were very pleased with the outcome as a Dangerous Driving prosecution would have been Life Changing.

Couldn’t recommend enough. Id tested over the limit on the breathalyser at the police station after crashing my car and was looking at my 3rd drink driving ban! Needless to say the consequences were pretty sever but Richard got me to plead not guilty and managed to win my case on a technicality! He kept me at ease throughout the whole process and was very honest about my chances throughout. Can’t thank him enough for what he’s done for my work and family life.

I was arrested and charged with drink driving in 2019 and without going into detail, I immediately went about finding the best way to approach the situation and fight the charge. I came across Richard after searching online, and decided to reach out to him and find out what my my options were moving forward . Richard was extremely helpful and knowledgeable from the offset, which subsequently reassured me that Richard was the right person to take on my case moving forward.

After a full two years of court appearances, adjourned court cases, postponed dates, COVID-19 and all other manner of delays, I attended court and sadly, to my horror, I was charged and subsequently banned from driving. I can’t stress enough on what an amazing lawyer Richard is when I first received the court letter regarding my case I was really extreme at what the outcome would be. When I initially started looking for lawyers to take my case I came across road traffic expert just by reading all the reviews I had a strong gut feeling to go with Richard. Throughout the court case Richard kept me positive at all times and was extremely nice keeping me updated step by step of the plan, which helped me stop stressing as I knew I was in good hands. Because of richards hard work I only got 3 penalty points with the dangerous driving charge of a speed at 100+ mph being brought down to careless driving even with having my license for less than 2 years. I was extremely overwhelmed by the outcome and couldn’t believe Richard did it and my license was saved I would definitely recommend road traffic experts.

I was convicted of dangerous driving last year and had consulted with a few different lawyers. I was advised by several different law firms that I had no chance of winning because of several reasons, especially since the complainant had dash cam footage of the incident. Richard however saw an opportunity to win my case, even if it was a slim chance! He fought tooth and nail throughout the entire trial, the prosecutor fiscal was incredibly difficult to deal with as well and made Richards job as difficult as possible, throwing many obstacles our way. To my surprise Richard managed to get the entire case dropped and I was let off with no points on my license what so ever! It was an absolute pleasure watching Richard in the court room too, straight out of a movie scene! To say that I was impressed and happy with the way Richard handled my case and the result would be a massive understatement. I will be consulting with Richard in the future again if I ever need any legal advice and would recommend him and his firm to anybody seeking advice or legal aid, even if you’ve been told you’ve got no ground to stand on, Richard will find something!
