Richard is a fantastic road traffic lawyer. Very profession and attentive. Richard also offered plenty of support to my partner who was a witness at court. I was facing charges for serious careless driving which I was looking at points on my license therefor losing my job.

Richard Freeman is fab! I was entirely convinced that I’d lose my licence for being wrongly reported for speeding over 1.5 times the limit (entering a 30 from a 60) and he had the case chucked out on three different technicalities before I even got in the court door. Richard appeared for me twice .firstly where I looked like I could lose my license for dangerous driving hit and run he managed to get it down to careless driving 4 points and a fine great result .then for a separate incident where I thought my liberty was at risk Richard managed to get the charge basically thrown out before appearing .a lawyer who actually cares and fights for his clients can't think him and his staff enough five stars isn't enough

So I had screwed up big time charged with drink driving and no Mot had hit a stationary car if I lost my licence I would loose my job and possible my house not my finest hour I contracted Richard after searching on google and looking at reviews I am always sceptical of these reviews but I swear they are true this guy is amazing knows his stuff Richard argued my case and it was agreed if I plead guilty to careless driving I would receive points and a fine which I did and kept my licence I can’t thank Richard and his team enough as far as I was concerned there was no light at end of tunnel and would defo loose licence I was on verge of pleading guilty by Richard advised to go with it please all reading this he is worth the money don’t be conned by other lawyers just taking your money and claiming to be experts Richard is and I have no hesitation in recommending him as he does provide a quality service and knows the law in side out abs in my opinion is definitely an expert in his field thanks again Richard you are a genius

Richard and his co workers have worked so hard on my case and after a long few months of my trial being adjourned due to the courts who kept putting it off and then the pandemic, I was eventually found not guilty yesterday and saved myself a 12 month ban! I did look around before I chose Richard and every other lawyer I spoke with said I should just plead guilty so I’m so grateful that Richard actually seen the problems in my case and dealt with it to a high standard! Five star service from Richard Freeman. Saved my licence twice. Once for a red light offence which three other lawyers in Edinburgh told me to plead guilty for and try for hardship. Which was risking me losing my licence as had 9 points. I was then put onto Richard through a friend. The case went on for some time and finally got dropped. Second case was speed cameras. Two separate speed camera cases he got dropped for me. I can’t thank Richard enough and recommend him to everyone. I just want to appreciate the work and effort Richard put into my case he is simply brilliant and outstanding with my case i was looking at a12m ban for dangerous driving and no insurance offences i had a clean licence but Richard managed to get me off the dangerous driving offence and I ended up with 6points and a fine i said to myself and Richard before the court date that if i end up with 6 points and a fine id be over the moon and thats what i got all happened because i went to the best and only Mr Technicality once again thank you very much Richard

Richard is known as Mr Technicality. He definitely lived up to his name for me.

Having never been involved with the Law for motoring offences I didn’t know who to contact when I was charged with a careless driving offence.

I searched google, spoke to a few lawyers and really connected with Richard. He took the time to listen to me, kept me informed all the way and seen my case through to the very end.

On my court date Richard held a meeting with the PF prior to going into court. As I was standing outside waiting nervously he came out of the meeting with a smile saying the PF had accepted my plea of not guilty.

We went into court and the PF advised the Sheriff of his decision and the case was dropped.

I was so happy. If you ever need a traffic lawyer, please don’t hesitate to call Richard Freeman he is amazing

In the Judges own words, he said “You are very lucky man to have Richard Freeman as your lawyer”. Otherwise I would have been given a Dangerous Driving charge and minimum of 12-month ban. As said, I indeed felt very lucky after I received 7 points and having Richards wisdom of the law with me. Anyone considering going to RTE for help please don’t give it a second thought. Richard did a good job for me.
The police stopped me at a speed of 110m / h. I had three court hearings and this man -Richard was my representative and his experience helped me keep my driving license with a £ 250 penalty and 5 penalty points.
