I recently purchased a Roamer 230Ah seat base battery, which I required on a specific day for my van's electrical installation. However, the delivery date slipped due to circumstances beyond the company's control (the ship exporting the batteries was delayed). Chris, from Roamer, knew my timeline and phoned me to explain the situation. He had even tried to get my battery flown over early (which would have cost the company £200), but by then the consignment was already on the ship. As soon as the ship docked in the UK, he arranged for it to be dispatched overnight to reduce any further delay. Outstanding personal service from a company that cares about its customers. I would have no hesitation recommending their services.

Purchased a 230AH Smart Battery from Roamer for my campervan project. This isn’t a product review as I haven’t had the chance to use it as yet. There are many 5 star product reviews on the internet for this battery, I researched a lot before purchasing so I am very confident this battery will more than cover my needs. The battery does come with a 10 year warranty which gives me the confidence that the battery will be trouble free.
The service I received from Chris @ Roamer, in terms of managing the delivery and the communication around the order/delivery, was excellent. This company leads by example and as such I would not hesitate to use again. Check out Roamer for all your battery needs!

I cannot stress how good Roamer Technician's are, I spoke to Elliot today and he is absolutely amazing, I have to admit that I am not the best at explaining things but Elliot seemed to understand everything.

So far so good! The battery is light years better than any verity of lead acid. We have just come back from a four day trip no ehu and we hardly dented the capacity.
It looks a quality bit of equipment and hopefully will give years of service.

Very happy with the product. So much power in such a small space. Way better than our previous AGM battery set up.
Technical, phone call before and after installing the battery was appreciated. I did email a tech question after installation, but haven't seen a reply.

Great communication. Super price for a quality battery . After sales support second to none . This is the second time I have bought a battery from Roamer . The first one was sold with the motorhome .
