An amount was withdrawn without any valid reason, and it has not been refunded even though I contacted you and requested to cancel the subscription.

I had used this in Italy last year and it worked very well. I am now in the uk and Ireland and it hasn’t worked at all so I paid for nothing

It did what it said on the tin. My roaming sim started without which as soon as I arrives in Costa Rica and continued to give me data throughout the two week contract. Thanks>

This is in line with my other review: buy an eSIM from anywhere else. Yes, they are the cheapest, but you are not able to get support when you need it, as none of the eSIMs bought worked. They cut costs by not having support. Ended up buying an eSIM from saliy and it worked just fine

Quick connection and uninterrupted service for 6 days in Japan

I'm getting a PDP connection issue.

First time I used it, it worked perfectly on the first try when I scanned the QR code.

Now, using it again it doesn't work.

It tells me I have a ''PDP connection issue''.
I've tried all possible ''solutions'', but nothing works.

I raised an ticket but, still hasn't gotten a response.

The customer service is really bad.

Terrible experience. I will never use it again. Since Day 1, I have not been able to use your esim. I wanted refund, but never received anything.

I never got the eSIM to work. The QR-code didn’t work. I don’t know if I did something wrong in the process, but either way it ended up badly for me.

The internet was working perfectly throughout different countries and the service was pretty good, they weren’t lying regarding how many gbs I spent

When provider would not unlock phone, I got a prompt refund.

I’m a deployed soldier in Kuwait and Roamight works better than other esim company out there. I’ve been using it for 2 months now and I can’t complain. Sometimes the signal gets weaker, but I just blame Zain for that. Overrall, I like a lot!

Excellent and very quick service when I could not get my eSim to the proper email. Took a few back and forth emails but done in about 10min. Very reassuring that this company stands behind sales and service!!! Look forward to evaluating performance on the trip 👌
