Good product, until I damaged it. After almost 1 month of waiting for an answer. I still don't know if I can send my frame to them. For those considering ROAV, it is cool, but don't bother. go for cool more European products. Customer service is poor, super poor.
They have no support, they respond to no emails, not through instagram, nothing. Their website has a statement that says they'll replace loose hinges but good luck ever getting a response.
