Quality Robens with quick delivery
Item delivered to my address in uk really quickly considering, very well packed and purchased with free postage which tipped the balance for me. Not had the opportunity to test the tent carpet yet, but quality looks good and look forward to the “extra comfort” the carpet will offer as we head into colder weather

My Robens Sprinter 2 tent survived two…
My Robens Sprinter 2 tent survived two proper storms on a festival! And with clear weather I watched shooting stars from it with just the inner tent put up. It's superspacy (I use it as a 1-person tent). And the ventilation-option, inside laundry-lines and loops for the guy lines are tiny but very appreciated extra's!

Really positive experience
Really positive experience. There was some sewing machine oil on the tent that I received. Robens were very apologetic and very generous in the voucher that they sent. The tent is also really good quality and should serve me well for many years.

Robens customer service not helpful and…
Robens customer service not helpful and admit no liability to poor quality on some of their products. I have had the kobuk stove for less than 16 months used three times and the carry bag has ripped at the handle now not fit for purpose and the heat sealant around the door and top chamber fell off after second use. Their tents are amazing but their accessories poor quality and twice the price compared to outbacker stoves.
