In 2012 I bought 3 products from Robert's. I was very satisfied with the service and the products. When I in May wanted to buy a down jacket Robert's was a very different company. The answering time was very long. They told me to send my measurment for the jacket. I sent them. After that I heard nothing! 3 months has passed.Are they not interrested to sell their products? I strongly advise against this company.
