Missing Item in Packaging. Order placed 26th May 24.
Goods received promptly but one item had a part of the
Goods missing from the packaging. Customer service said they would replace it but item allegedly sent on June 4th thru Royal Mail but still not received. Have emailed them but no reply. Very disappointing as everything else worked fine and so silly to spoil the experience over such a simple thing to put right
There were a couple of items I ordered which needed to be substituted as they had run out.
Regardless, the team there took great care in packaging and delivery. Everything arrived in immaculate condition.

People are paying £6/7 for something like “Elf bars” or disposable vaporizers... these guys sell them for less than half the price you would pay in a shop.
