I was absolutely thrilled with my purchases from Robinson Interiors, my gorgeous vase, lantern and candle came beautifully packaged on very prompt, I also ordered a gift to be delivered for a Christmas present, which was thoughtfully and beautifully presented

Robinson Interiors provided advice and knowledgeable support as I purchased numerous ornaments and glassware for a one stop present shop. Unique product range which everyone was delighted with. I cannot rate this company highly enough, and look forward to using them again-this time for myself!!

Couldn’t ask for better service if I tried. Beautiful products received. Very classy. I’ve purchased a few things from Robinson Interiors and they’ve always delivered in more ways than one.

I was really excited about this new store as I followed on Instagram and bought the plinth on pre order so I didn’t miss out as it looked beautiful. We were having our carpets put down so the box was stored safely and not touched until a few weeks later when the flooring was complete. On opening it, the packaging was very inadequate for such a delicate item and the item was smashed. The outside of the box wasn’t visibly damaged though, so perhaps packaged broken, unsure. It was quite clearly either damaged during transit/delivery or damaged before it was sent. It didn’t damage itself by sitting in a closed room by itself untouched still fully packaged.. I sent a picture to the company showing the item clearly in the box, and they responding with, since it was after the 14 days return policy they would do nothing about it. 14 return policies are for returns... when a customer changes their mind and doesn’t want the item any longer. Not when a company send a broken or faulty item. The time scale is 1 month for a full refund and 6 months for a repair or replacement. Irregardless of what “policies” they make up on their website this is by law and not an option, however Robinsons interior feel like they don’t need to abide by that and do not care or take responsibility for their customers receiving damaged goods. Obviously wouldn’t recommend buying from them. Completely shocking customer service.
Unsure what’s confusing about two different names as there are two different people living in the house hold and the person who would be in the house to receive the parcel was the one named on the delivery, relatively simple to understand. Also that’s an outright lie that the item was not on pre order. As your Instagram post dated 10/12/2020 clearly states “available for pre order”, as does another post dated 13/12/20. And was also stated on the website at time of purchase. Might want to edit those captions before you so blatantly lie and try and accuse your customers of lying.
This review is absolutely an accurate and factual representation of the company. Bad customer service AND now outright liars.

Really loved my egg vase . Arrived very quickly . Excellent service . I also think the size and price of the vase was very reasonable .

I can only say such a professional company in every way from the website i visited to buy my excellant goods purchased to the delivery and packaging i received of such quality thoroughly recommend this service

If I could buy everything, I totally would! What a gorgeous website. I have the oval marble cheese chopping board, a selection of ribbed glassware and a couple of the ceramic dip bowls. The quality is truly incredible, and I just love it all. The packaging is also really lovely, and smells amazing! Most importantly, its sustainable so hats off to Robinson Interiors. Can't wait to order again!
