The worst moderation experience that I've ever dealt with. A few years ago, my account was permanently banned for being compromised. I made a ban appeal in 2024, they responded saying that my ban was being upheld. I recently made another ban appeal a few days ago, then they ghosted my ban appeal. So I made a new account and they banned it for being spam. That's so disrespectful towards me and their moderation hasn't even showed any respect towards me, which is why I feel unwelcomed on that platform. The most unwelcoming Roblox Forum site ever, their moderation and appeals are complete garbage! Never trusting this site ever again due to it's moderation being abused to falsely ban my accounts. I might just look for an alternative due to how poor Roblox Forum's moderation is.

So years ago I made a review but it never got published, and then when I was at my low point I made a now deleted review (which was mentioned earlier in another review). I recently returned to the site after 2 years to cool off, and it's a lot better now. I was at an emotional low point years ago, and I didn't have any friends. During the pandemic, this site helped give me a community when I had none. And I will always be grateful for that. It's a lot smaller now, but the community isn't dead. Hopefully one day it'll return to its former glory. And I'm sorry Tombles for the drama, it was my fault looking back.

I’m gonna update my review since the site has seen more activity recently in the past 4 years. Unfortunately this forum suffered from COPPA laws where they were forced to ban every user under 13 years old. When I wrote my previous review they were still recovering and I was also kinda pissed because I had also gotten permabanned (I can’t remember why). This forum used to be independently owned from 2017-2021 but unfortunately it got sold to some really shady company called VerticalScope which their whole shit is buying forums and pretty much killing them. The community pretty much works on their own as VS does jack shit to actually help around, though the two mods (Caci and Captcinn) do a great job to keep retards off the site. The community is also still very fun and relatively welcoming but I don’t think it’ll ever get as good as it was in 2021 unfortunately.

OG review - “Okay website. The site is pure dead (averages like 5 people on at 4:00 PM) and most people on site are virgins”

Honestly, its a good site. However, I have seen a lot of unfair bans. When you add this to the overall "ok" community, it gets a "meh". 3/5

Yes, it is me again. MKunderscoreXR. I've been on this website for some time now, and this is what i have to say about it.
First off, the moderators. The moderators and the admin(s?) are doing a great job. They banned lots of people, all for good reasons, and the moderation overall is pretty darn good.
Second, the community. The community is very nice, and very active (Although after they implemented the 13+ rule, its been less active).
However i also want to discuss the more negative side of the community, like trolls and repeatedetly banned people. Trolls have been around for a long time on this website, common examples being noobkilla123 and 1stt/EpicGamer1stt. The mods typically don't go easy on them. 1stt spammed the forums, instant ban (which i witnessed live on a discord stream), noobkilla made alts, INSTANT BAN. They do go hard on them and that is a good thing. Commonly banned people are also no exception. I have seen people get repeadetly banned. One of them (hitormissgonnamissya) even made a bad review of RF on here because of it, and also made spam alts with usernames which all go along the lines of "dontrejectmeimhitor", and one of them was even named "ILOVECACI" or something like that, referencing caci, the head moderator of RF.
Last thing i want to talk about is the 13+ rule. I get that its a law (very stupid law) and they cant control it, but i think its plain stupid. Lots of active members were banned, some for a year (YS0, trains, Rukreep, etc.) and some even permanent (davictma, prankstermaster, etc.). Even inactive members like BranHart were affected by this banwave. The only openly <13 user not affected by this is 1Sugar, who was long before the rule locked out of her account by a parent request, but locked out is worse than banned, said caci (apparently). Overall the website deserves 4 stars as its good, but not exactly perfect.
That was my actually honest review of RF, now go on with your life, fellow reader.

its a good website, got a good admin, mods who do their job, fun stuff to do around it and a chill community for the most part.
there's now a 13+ rule which states that anyone under 13 is banned, however if you're 12 i think it's either a birthday ban or banned til around this time next year (ive been hit by this and im unbanned in january, if anyone still there sees this)
regarding the ilikeroblox review, it's nothing aaron and caci could control. coppa states that social networking sites are 13+ and this one isn't an exemption 🤷‍♂️ but yeah, good forum, cool people and a 4*

Pretty good website and nice people. However, due to COPPA apparently, those who are twelve years old or less cannot access the website. If you're thirteen or older, great! If you're twelve or younger, so sorry for you.

changed my mind they banned us for coppa so i guess it was the right thing to do

it is rude especially mods ,premium users they banning people for any smallest reasons dont join and nobody responds on thread

Roblox is so rude though. But Roblox Forum is great because you can post things there.

My review is not entirely based on the layout or functionality or moderation of the site itself, but also largely only the community and people that use it. If I could I'd rather put a 3.5, inbetween 3 and 4, rather than just a 3.

The site is pretty great. The rules are not really nitpicky and the layout is good. It's automatically set to dark mode but I do think a themes mode would be a good addition, like adding in the option to switch to a light mode or very dark mode. But that's just a suggestion, nothing inherently wrong with in fact I actually like how it's automatically set to a dark theme. There are a lot of nitpicky things I could bring up but to be honest they don't affect the site at all, and it's still 100% greatly functional. But I will state these anyways: I think when you click "Mark as read" in your notifications box it should just automatically do it instead of bringing you to a seperate page to confirm or deny it. Also when looking to buy premium, it seems like most of the changes between the "Pro" and "Ultra" payments are fairly useless. I don't think anyone is going to be editing there own posts after a month, or needing more customization for their signature. Seems like an extra 15$ up from the Pro option for not much else. There's also a very small character limit on profile posts which gets annoying sometimes as it runs out very quickly. You can read the titles and statistics on posts for premium users only, yet can't click on them. I think that if this is going to be the case you should just still be able to read them even if you can't message in them. The Verified Members thread category also hasn't been spoken in in almost a year at this point. I've also noticed that sometimes you'll get warned for breaking a rule but other times you could seemingly break a rule on the site and get no punishment for it (e.g. spam reactions, links to other sites) (man this might sound really petty).

But those are just small things that the site could improve on. I do think the community has started downgrading a bit in these past few months. Sometimes I'll post a help thread and just get really unhelpful results. There's also a ton of cringe and just s**tposting and spam on the site. I think it's actually been a really large span of time since I've seen a proper discussion thread on the forum and not just random posts. Sometimes I'll see users who just end up gaining a very large posting counter in a short period of time off of just a lot of the times making really low effort/quality/unhelpful comments.

I know it seems like I've listed a lot of negatives about the site and given it a really bad rating and all that. Sorry if it appears that way and to anyone reading this who may feel offended about anything I said, my apologies as that is not in any way my intent. The Roblox Forum is a great website. I use it frequently and I have met a lot of great people on there.

A month ago, it would've been a solid 5 stars, but the garbage tier drama that I've recently seen everywhere is really annoying and completely ruins the site for 2 days whenever it happens before we all eventually forget. Not long ago, I was considering buying premium to help the site, yet now I'm considering leaving.

Multiple users have left or are currently considering leaving due to constant arguments which just devolve into both parties talking to a wall. The cringe on the site is also beginning to get pretty horrible and is even infiltrating the jokes that get told on the site.

So overall, 2.5/5 stars, I'm not expecting it to stay garbage forever, yet new users who actually post more than 5 messages are no where to be found.

RF is a great experience overall. Of course there's going to be a fair share of drama but overall it's great. The moderation (as far as I can tell) is amazing and has really no flaws whatsoever. About 95% of the community are pretty cool people and are very fun to talk with.

JuiceDrop, you're twisting your narratives and blindly defending him. There was literally only one person who spammed, and he just pinged Tom because of a garbage 'no ping' rule. Cookie only allowed serious discussion, and when people started a genuine conversation Cookie muted people. Things fell apart from there, with Cookie going on a rampage whenever someone criticized him. It's his fault, and autism does not excuse being a bad server manager. There's more I can get into but honestly, don't listen to Logan LeSage.

Anyways, a great and helpful community. 5/5

RobloxForum (RF) is a great website for Roblox fans/users to chat together about stuff. The community is great, and you’ll make lots of memories if you stay long enough.

Though, there are a few good and bad things you should know before getting on this website:

• For trolls:
- You will encounter annoying people at times, just ignore them. There’s a block feature, so you can block them if necessary.
- To those who are coming here to troll, annoy, or throw people off, keep in mind that the community will not like you.

• Other stuff:
- Moderation is fantastic. The moderators are supportive and helpful, they’ll help you with whatever you need.
- Community is kind, caring, and supportive (if you are to them as well). You won’t have a problem here if you follow the rules. Great place to share ideas and make friends. 🙂
