I using few year in roboforex, but unfortunately I won’t be continue to use anymore. The reason is I using my credit card top up for $5000 usd. And I make a profit of $682 and I wish to withdraw it. But robo do not allow let me withdraw, the reason is my trade volume are not enough, then fine i withdraw via credit card refund of $5,000 again. Then there side said still got another $500 need to refund via credit card… funny I only top up $5000 usd then have to refund via credit card $5500. Try to send ticket and check with customer service but no one give me a answer. Keep telling me my trade volume is not enough, but never go thru is what happen. Ok fine i withdraw another $500 via credit card refund again. The last funny thing come out. My balance left $196 and there is not any credit card refund amount left. Then they reject my money withdrawal!!! The reason also same ask me refund via credit card again!! Hahaha funny company
Just add : they tell me I 14 October 2024 top up via credit card $500. Which means 6 months ago and now asking me to refund via credit card the $500 too. Why you don’t ask me refund all my previous top up amount?

Update – April 2025:
Despite RoboForex replying publicly here, they never followed up or resolved anything. Their support just pretended to respond for appearances. I provided full evidence: screenshots, videos, and chat logs with their manager who admitted the issue – still, no compensation, no accountability.
This platform failure caused real financial damage. I’ve already reported them to the Belize FSC.
Avoid this broker.

On March 31, 2025, while trading XAU/ USD via the R Mobile Trader app, the platform became unresponsive during active market hours. I was unable to open, close, or modify positions.
Initially, RoboForex support denied any issue, attributing it to market hours. Later, they acknowledged a platform malfunction but refused to take responsibility or offer compensation.
This failure prevented me from managing my trades during a critical period. I have submitted a formal complaint to the IFSC, including evidence such as screenshots and a video recording.
I urge traders to exercise caution when using RoboForex.

UPDATE:
Tried to get my money by bank transfer.
Bad idea, minimum transfer (based on my account history I supose) is 567.77 USD.
I got an answer regarding the fees for withdraw, but problem is related to the fact that if I want to get my money back, I need to send another amount of money, after I deposited 2000 USD.
I must be crazy to spend another oney to get 15.61 from them, but this is how this company works.
Answers are not to the subject, just generaly speaking.

I've experienced DUPLICATED ORDER. I experienced an unjustified opening of a BUY position after closing the SL of an active position before the weekend. no BUY order with such ID I had in meta trader. Spontaneously added position by their system. ID ACCOUNT: 27283609

I couldn’t believe how easy and straightforward verification was, it was all over within a couple of minutes, thus far all other brokers have taken days or weeks which can be tedious.
Roboforex are far from the best broker but they are established and offer a Cent account which I really appreciate. I really feel like I have a very large dollar balance and my losers actually feel like I’m losing a lot when actually I’m only risking cents. This is a far cry from a Demo account, in fact it is the perfect bridge between Demo and Live account as it helps you to address the all important psychological issues of trading.
I haven’t tried to withdraw funds yet and I would never deposit very much with them so it’s not a major issue as the Cent account is only temporary until I iron out any glitches in my strategy.
I would strongly recommend caution if you plan to scalp as spreads on Majors can frequently widen to 6 - 10 pips during volatility. It happens a lot even when other brokers’ spreads are unaffected. But for higher time frame trading you can wait a few minutes for it to return to normal.
I would recommend them for a Cent account but not for making large deposits. It’s a concern that there are 45% One star reviews. They may not all be valid but there are brokers who have almost no valid complaints at all and who strive for customer satisfaction.
But in my own experience I have had no problems with Roboforex at all.

Robo forex is a scam platform, deceiving customers and people working for the platform, the platform locks IB's customer accounts and does not pay commission to IB, and also appropriates IB's commission.
Stay away from this robo forex floor, don't trade on robo forex floor anymore, this floor lures investors to participate in receiving bonuses and takes away money from investors and IBs who work to introduce customers to the floor.

I am writing this to warn traders about RoboForex's unfair trading conditions and refusal to refund losses caused by abnormally high spreads.
📌 What happened?
I traded multiple pairs on several accounts (not just GBPCAD) and noticed sudden, extreme spread widening that resulted in huge losses.
In some cases, the spread increase forced stop-outs.
On certain accounts, I manually closed trades to limit my losses, but the spread manipulation made it impossible to manage risks properly.
Backtests show that my strategy should have survived under normal market conditions – meaning the spread increase was abnormal and not justified by market conditions.
📌 RoboForex's Support is Useless!
I contacted their support multiple times, but they keep giving generic answers.
They avoid answering my refund request and just repeat the same excuses.
Every time I ask about compensation, they dodge the question and make me wait for nothing.
They refuse to reveal their liquidity providers, which raises serious doubts about transparency.
📌 Why do I believe RoboForex manipulated the spreads?
The spread increased way beyond normal market fluctuations.
Other traders have reported similar issues with RoboForex.
They are clearly stalling to avoid responsibility.

I just had to write this review, because of my experience being so different from many reviews here on Trustpilot. I have used Roboforex for 3 weeks now and these are my findings: Customer support is quick and resolves my issues and questions. The staff I have dealt with, is competent and friendly and seems to care about my success on Roboforex. Sending funds is easy (I am using bank transfer), and usually the funds appear in my trading account within 24 Hrs or at least the next day. Withdrawals (yes, I have only withdrawn the minimum amount so far) via bank transfer were done at a staggering speed of 1-2 seconds (yes, seconds) via bank transfer as well. Is there anything to wish for? Yes, always. But so far, Roboforex has operated in line with what I have heard from other users (real traders). I am perfectly happy with Roboforex, and I will certainly adjust this review if needed. As long as it isn't, you can safely assume all is well with my experience with Roboforex.

They’ve created a ticket to request additional documents even though it’s my money I’ve deposited I’ve tried withdraw my money as card (refund) option which is meant to be refunded back to my account and nothing has been accepted in fact they keep rejecting my withdrawal even though it’s refund funds they require additional documents to withdraw but not to deposit seems dodgey to me right now I’m down 5000 usd and I referred 25 people to them thinking they was legitimate but now they’re showing their selves to be scammers if resolved I will update this review

My experience with RoboForex on ECN account using scalperology ai bot was a bit disappointing. If I customize this bot with parameters for aggressive scalping, which are the most profitable, I get unstable order execution. If I customize the bot for intraday scalping, the quality of trade execution on your platform is much higher, but the profit is also lower. While on other popular platforms the bot executes trades consistently and brings positive results, in any of the trading modes. I believe that this is due to a large flow of clients and your trading servers simply can not cope with the load. Think about it! This negatively affects the trading efficiency of all your clients. I hope the company will review its technology and improve the quality of trading conditions to meet the standards set by more reliable brokers.

I deposited there 100 dollars but got a mail that my equity is 10 thousand.
Not only there are withdrawal issues but also they have not secured backend.
Don't use this broker ever and don't give them your credit card credentials.

I’m a Forex forum owner, and not only have I had a bad experience, but many of my forum members have also reported that Roboforex.com is a scam and often fails to process withdrawals for its clients. Save yourself. It's the most awful platform ever. Their brokers are scammers. First 1-2 days they make profit for you but then they take trade totally opposite/against to market and let your all money waste...and in reality money going to roboforex's and brokers pocket.
