Very nice and tasty

Got mixed berry, rocca kush and moonrocks.. was a little expensive but what isnt in this day and age! Plus only got 4g instead of 5g of moonrocks!
That all being said the quality is a very good grade of cbd bud!!:D~ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

If you like paying for something that you will never recieve and also like to deal with a costumer service not responding then I will highly recommend this webshop.

- Ordered on April 28th.

- Paid on April 28th.

- I emailed them on 30th April to say I had paid....No response.

- I emailed them on 2nd May to say I still had not received tracking information....No response.

- I emailed them for a third time on May 7th to again inform them that I have no confirmation that they had received my money.

- 2 full days later on May 9th, I get an email response saying that they had received my money, NO tracking code.

- Yet Another 2 days later, I email AGAIN, informing that I have STILL NOT received tracking code.
- The same day, May 11th, I finally get confirmation that day of a tracking code after 4 emails requesting such and 13 days after paying for the order.

- The tracking code provided claims they received the order on 12th May, updated on May 13th and since that has failed to update since.

- I emailed on the 21st May asking why it was taking so long, why tracking had not updated in over a week - NO RESPONSE

- I emailed on the 22nd May asking why it was taking so long, why tracking had not updated in over a week - NO RESPONSE AGAIN

- I emailed on the 26th May asking why it was taking so long, why tracking had not updated in over a week - NO RESPONSE for a THIRD TIME.

- It is now the last day in May, I have no product, no response to 3 emails in the last 10 days and the tracking code has not updated in 17 days - the height of UNPROFESSIONALISM

Well well well, isn't that nice, you've taken some time out of your day to FINALLY respond to something! As I showed, I was ignored many many times and given ZERO information about the order taking 5/6 weeks.... it's funny because i bought from your competitor, just bob, from the same country and they took one week.... they have delivered 3 orders I placed after ordering with you so you can take your BS excuses and give them to somebody who believes you.

Not very impressed with the moonrocks . Doesn't look like moonrocks at all .and the other stuff is ok but not impressed.

However, this shouldn't be a problem for new customers as they have a new delivery partner.

Never got my order.

Came here and found out a lot of people who didnt order with tracking ID didnt get their order too. What a coincidence...

Seems lika a scam. No tracking=no package.

I ordered a lot of stuff this past 2 months and I got everything, this was the only package that "got lost".

They dont even try to apologize, their emediate response to everyone is: did you order with tracking? no? too bad...

Awesome, arrive safe and sound

I have received my product! I am very happy with the smell and the amount of weed! It looks great. It took me a while and since I did not have a trackingcode it were 1,5 month being unsure. I have contacted Roccakush very often and they were always helpfull and friendly, though without tracking there is not much they can do. Thank you!

Best Flower in Europe! I just have to wait long for a answers. But I guess they have many requests daily.

Very disappointing experience. Firstly, you cannot pay by credit or debit card. Only by bank transfer or Paypal. Also they do not communicate with their customers. I made an order on 10 April and paid by bank transfer that day. 9 days later I had received no news from Roccakush to tell me they had received my transfer, or shipped the product, so I emailed to ask about the status of my order. They still have not responded to this email, so I was astonished to receive an automated request from them for a Trustpilot review! Naturally, I am giving them the lowest rating possible as they do not answer emails or send the product their customers ordered.

I don't recommend this company to anyone. They sent me a fake tracking number(Poste Italiene) and I have paid for express delivery (TNT)

Placed an order, sent the money, money went through and then my order showed “canceled”. I reached out a few times through email, a couple of times on the WhatsApp number and even tried to reach someone on their Instagram page to get this resolved and was ignored everywhere. They seem to not have anyone working in customer service so if anything goes wrong, there’s nobody to talk to. Could be a scam. Not sure.

Update: one month later and no product. Order finally said “completed” after I wrote this review. It seems if you don’t pay extra for tracking it doesn’t come. I’ll be going with a different company and I recommend you to do the same. Shipping within Europe shouldn’t be this difficult...

I ordered 2g of super lemon haze and 2g og kush
I got 5g instead of super lemon haze because they didn't have og kush available and it's not what I expected it was dark of color and not a good taste... Not the same as showed on their site.
