Genuine, knowledgeable, friendly team who really care about your needs and requirements for your RC hobby! They seem to appreciate it's not the cheapest of hobbies, and so as the younger ones can learn and enjoy a chance at this type of hobby the team really have been fantastic support to us. My son could not be enjoying this hobby without their help and support . We are extremely grateful as we live miles away in the 'sticks'! Maria and Chris 🙂👍. Chris would like to visit and meet the team (mum not so sure about the 4-5 hour journey down )😂....

Placed an online order. After 9 days still not despatched. Didn't get reply to email asking for an update. PayPal gave immediate refund. Very bad experience.

Was after some Traxxas Sledgehammers, nobody had them in stock apart from Rochester Rc, and they were £10 cheaper for the set than everywhere else, great service and my lad always appreciates the free Haribos.

I agree with previous comment called for a item that showed in stock .Person on phone said what is that huh ?? Wait a mo mate great response!!!! Nah not got that will be in stock friday but you have to purchase first ( A 20 quid body shell) I will collect friday then oh cant guarantee friday i gave up totally un proffesional rude child !!!!

Had the products I wanted, the price was very competitive, delivery... we have got so used to things arriving 'next day'. Rochester take longer, often a few days before shipping but if you are happy with a slower pace and a better price like I am, then great!
