Special Orders

I placed an order for something that appeared as a stock item, but in fact was a special order. The delay was compounded by initial communication issues where questions I asked were not simply not addressed adequately.

Phone calls directed to answering machines that terminated the calls or staff that couldn't access the systems required to deal with my enquiry did little to ease my concerns.

Finally the order was chased up, the inventory glitch acknowledged and a realistic idea of when the item was going to be arriving in the UK.

This was my first experience with Rochester RC, so it was unfortunate to say the least.

A senior member of the team issued a modest discount to sweeten things and my item arrived after a month of mystery.

I'm keen to order something else from Rochester RC, but would double check first to ensure the item is in stock first!
