Have to put one star as can't put zero stars, first off I really rated this place and spent a lot of time shopping in this place until today.
how the owner can accuse a child of stealing in front of a shop full of customers is beyond me, my boy was accused of taking a hand full of clips that they sell in bags and the only two clips he found on the floor he gave to me (while I was sitting at the cafe) the owner accused my son of stealing and asked me to check his pockets and bag (nothing was in them) I done this in front of everyone in the shop and the two clips that he gave to me I gave to the owner and said he found them on the floor. The owner will only show me CCTV if they call the police, nothing was stolen they obviously didn't like my youngest looking and touching the models or our faces didn't fit in there fancy shop

Everything an rc shop should be !!
I went in to ask for help with a task I’d not hoped to have , rehoming the collection of a sadly departed friend , Will was fantastic he offered advice and a solution and will not know how much he helped!! I am previously a regular customer of the original owner of the shop and this is my go to place but the way I was treated highlights what’s missing in this hobby and that’s the human touch , in an online world it’s easy to simply shop on price but you cannot buy what will , his wife and their awesome team deliver daily !!!!

Goods not received
I never received my item and asked them for support as the courier explained the seller needed to contact them. They have ignored my emails for over a month - I got 1 reply that said they are not responsible for Royal Mail loosing my package - I am now claiming this charge through the bank.

A great range of products and a lot cheaper than other RC stores. If they haven't got what you want in stock they will go out of their way to source it for you. A brilliant family run business that I will be using again.
