Our Daughter purchased a car from Rockcliffe cars, eveything went smoothly for her so we decided to pop along to see what stock Nick had, We found a Audi that suited us and decided to make the purchase, we found a issue with the car, nothing the Nick could have known about before hand,
We went back and told Nick and his after sales service was unbelievable, he sorted the problem out straight away, he went way above what any other garage would do, we have never had a better experience in buying a car in over 40 years, every staff member is polite and courteous and would not hesitate to buy our next car from Rockcliffe cars😄😄

bought the daughters first car from rockcliffe, dealt with both nick and jamie, no pressure sales whatsoever, knew what they were talking about, very friendly, good bit of banter which wont be important to everyone, the car was prepped to a great standard and they did things over and above that was agreed when we ordered the car, would 100% recommend them

We took a chance buying a used car online and at a long distance from where we live. But we were very pleased with Rockcliffe Cars who were professional in all their dealings, helpful with delivery, and clear-cut in handling all the paperwork. We would recommend them without hesitation. They are a friendly and honourable outfit.

Just bought a VW polo for my niece and I would be more than happy to to recommend this garage. The service was excellent and the car well presented and looked after. Nick was very helpful and they even delivered the car to her in Manchester. A brilliant stress free purchase!

We were looking for a car for our daughter who was moving down south for a new job. We wanted a safe reliable second hand car. She wanted a small SUV. Low insurance group for a young driver was essential. Rockcliffe Cars were selling a Ford Ecosport. We had viewed some similar age higher mileage rather tired and tatty Ecosports being sold for £2-3k less elsewhere. But Rockcliffe Cars had a lovely low mileage 8 year old example with only a little age related wear and tear. The additional monies being asked by Rockliffe Cars were well worth paying in my opinion for the car being sold. Nick is the most genuine person. Attention to detail is second to none. Nick understood our needs for the vehicle, and ensured the vehicle was prepared mechanically, aesthetically prepared with some TLC to a minor body work dent and corroded wiper arms, and sold with piece of mind roadside breakdown and vehicle warranty, service, tax and test. Nick is a no pressure salesman. He listens to understand what you want and delivers on his commitment. 100% best second hand car dealership I have ever visited/used. Very very highly recommend. They have some lovely cars on the forecourt. Thank you Nick and your team.

We bought a car from the guys at Rockcliffe motors in November 2024. I wanted to hold back from writmg a review in order to give the car a good test.
I'm delighted to say that from our very first meeting the service has been superb, friendly but professional, knowledgable and helpfull, and never once felt any pressure to buy.
The Ford kuga we bought in November has been superb, a lovely clean reliable car. We went back to Rockcliffe Motors this month and bought a second car from them, an immaculate VW Tiguan, stop superbly, super clean car.
Once again the service provided was superb.
I would happily buy again and again from them, and can't recommend them highly enough

I visited Rockcliffe Cars with my sister as I needed an automatic car. I explained my circumstances to Nic and my budget. He showed me various cars and then I saw a Range Rover. I told Nic I had wanted one of these but had never been able to afford one and I didn't know if I had the confidence to drive one especially as I had never drove an automatic before.
Nic actually took me out in his wife's automatic Range Rover then stopped and said "right your turn." Nic was so patient as I got to grips with it and soon my nerves started to settle. By the time we got back to the garage I knew what car I wanted. 6 days later my dream car is parked on my drive. My sister not to be left out also bought her dream car and we picked them up together.
Honestly you couldn't find a better garage or service 5 stars.

Recently bought a car from Rockcliffe. I cant stress how genuine Nick was and how easy it was to purchase a car from this company. All questions were answered and also helped me transfer a private plate to my new car. What can I say? Just bought a C1 Citroën car from Rockcliffe Cars, my experience from the start to the collecting of my car was incredible. Jamie Nick and Ollie and the team are wonderful people nothing is too much trouble for them. I bought an A5 from Rockcliffe Cars a couple of months ago. I had the pleasure of dealing with Nick who was perhaps the most genuine car sales professional that I've ever met.
I normally wait a few months after buying a car to see what goes wrong and then give them a chance to set it right. This is the first time I've bought a car where nothing has gone wrong! Nick also said to me (and I quote) "if anything goes wrong or you're worried about something, don't sit on it, come straight back to us".
That is customer care at its finest for me. Me and the wife were so impressed with Nick and Rockcliffe that they will be our go to now for the next car purchases.

I can't recommend these guys enough...both Nick and Jamie was an absolute pleasure to deal with start to finish...and went above and beyond and got me the best deal they could for my new car...I drove 850 miles round trip to collect my car and would definitely buy from them again.

Where do I start firstly a big thankyou to the whole staff Nick ,Jamie and Graham they cant do enough to help you very sociable and accomodating .The service they give is second to none and are very friendly not like others who once they have got your money arnt bothered.They have an excellent set up and plenty or nice cars.Give them a go you wont be disappointed they are well worth a visit.Good luck to rockcliff cars for the future you deserve it

Superb service throughout the whole process. Jamie and Nick could not have been more helpful.

Bought Mini Paceman and the whole process was very good.

Communication via email, ‘phone and text was extremely quick. All questions answered with minimum of fuss. Car was also delivered to me (a wee distance North!) which was much appreciated.

Very happy to recommend Rockcliffe to anyone considering a car.
