I have been waiting months for a refund for a ZZTOP concert that was cancelled in May. I have sent 6 Emails to the support line without getting a response. Even though they say a response in 48 hrs. They take your money and you can’t call because there is no answer and they don’t answer Email. They have the worst customer service and I still am out $250.00.

I don't even know why a company would use Ticket Rocket as their ticketing agent. Please don't waste your time, the service is ATROCIOUS. Never reply to emails, the website itself is hard to use. DON'T USE THEM

Very bad service. Do not reply to emails, phone always give engaged signal like just taken off the hook cause they can’t be bother dealing with customers. Refunds not given when shows cancelled.

DO NOT THINK THIS IS ROCKET MORTGAGE WITH THE SAME KNOWLEDGEABLE AGENTS BECAUSE FROM THEIR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE TO THEM LYING TO US ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION WITH ROCKET LOANS IT'S ALL ABOUT GETTING AS MUCH MONEY FROM YOU AS ROCKET LOANS CAN AND GIVING YOUR FAMILY AS LITTLE AS THEY CAN IN RETURN!! MY FAMILY DOES NOT RECOMMEND ROCKET LOANS TO ANYONE PERIOD!!

I have ordered tickets for a concert in February. I ordered the tickets last June and got an email that they will be posted within 2 weeks. This is 7 months later and I've got nothing!

Is this a scam??
I have tried using two cards to make payment, and both got "Card Error" messages, but no information as to where the errors were. We could not find any errors in either!!. I hope this isn't a scam harvesting card information. Will be monitoring our accounts for any transactions. Be careful!!

Still waiting for my ticket after two months from purchasing. Am very concerned about the company shutting down? Their emails and website say they are very trustworthy but I am losing faith.

first of all I booked a ticket for the league of legends worlds final platinum seat. then I got mails one after one other in a rapid succes saying they cant deliver that ticket if i want a lower class seat and partial refund i need to respond without giving me a moment to respond they mail again to say because I didnt respond the offer is no longer vailid and i wil get a refund (this was 4 days before the event). So I had booked a train and hotel for nothing and I didnt get to see my team win it all(the only time in 4 years its in europe). Now a month later I still dont have my money back(300 btw). I wanted to call the customer service, I cant they are redoing their site so we dont have acces at all. If I dont have my money back by the end of next week you can expect a lawsuit. I left a review on Trustpilot, trying to contact Rocket Ticket (see below). They contacted me the next day, with copies of the tickets that I had lost. Good service – cannot complain.

I have been trying to contact Rocket Ticket (they have no telephone number or online chat service) regarding some advice on lost tickets for a match on Saturday. So far no response. I note that they reply to Trustpilot, so I am hoping they will reply to me here. Invoice number #026327

Beware of fraud!
Ticket Rocket sells overpriced tickets for example from Eventim.
Of 2 orders, however, only one received the tickets at all.
The given phone number is a fake number from Cyprus. With the address it concerns with high probability a letter box likewise on Cyprus.
Also to several E-Mails one does not get an answer.
Thus only one fraud can be assumed. The different positive evaluations seem to be bought.
We will forward the case to the police and file a complaint.

Bought a Bring me the horizon ticket for 79 €. Later I saw that every other Ticket Seller sold it for 49,85 €.
It was two days before presale Start but you could read nowhere that they will be much more expensive than the regular tickets. Everything is very intransparent.
I complained by email, but never got a response.
Don't buy at Ticket Rocket!!!
And I will tell everybody not to do so!

We bought three tickets for the Kelly Family - very early - before the pre sales have started (had no possibility to buy when pre sales have been started). So, normally all categories should have been available - we got the worst category and pay the double price. First and last time buying something there.

WARNING for this company. Unserious methods, no right to cancel tickets only 2 days after ordering. Tickets sold with 69 EUR for Concert in November this year, this means in more than 5 months! Daylight robbery! Unfourtunately I did not compare prices with other companies. Real price is extremely lower, only 29 EUR per ticket!

I sent 3 emails and few messages asking where’s my ticket (Britney Spears concert) but still no answer. The delivery method of the ticket is electronic, but until now... no answer and it has been more than 15 days! Seriously? Is this a joke? Is this website legit or not I am wondering!

Have bought the tickets to the killers concert yesterday and it was saying the tickets will be electronic - received just the invoice! Whom do i contact - the number is not responding !!!!

Received tickets within 1 hr of ordering. 50 euros cheaper than anywhere else!

I am so upset due to the fact I ordered tickets to headly for my 15 year old niece that lives in Saskatchewan and I am in Bc I made a error and bought tickets to the wrong arena that is over 6 hours away from her so I emailed within 24 hours of purchasing the tickets and I was told there was nothing they could do for me now I have to tell my niece that I have wasted 300 dollars for a concert she knew I was buying tickets for her birthday that she cannot go to and she loves headly
