Their affiliate program is a joke. For a legitimate affiliate referral, they will not process the commission and make your account invalid.

I migrated my website to rocket.net in May 2025 and they have more than lived up to my expectations. The customer support is excellent, you always get a real person getting back to you and not AI chat bot. The load speed and health of my website has massively improved since moving to rocket.net Highly recommended!

Ahsan Khan is the best professional I’ve ever spoken with! His service went above and beyond my expectations! I can’t believe Rocket has employees who do absolutely everything for their customers! He spent hours helping me! I’m thrilled with the support, I honestly never expected to receive this level of assistance in every single detail!

But after sales service. I wouldn't suggest to anyone.

1) I wasn’t asked or bothered, like most hosts do, to write this review.

2) You might think you have good support where you are, but nobody (and I’ve tested basically all hosts for WP) beats Rocket.net.

They actually provide great human support—not a script, not a chatbot. A more serious issue? They scale instead of wasting your time. I mean, they even helped me directly from the homepage after I got locked out because of 2FA. LOL.

These guys should be teaching the industry how to provide proper support.

3) And obviously, it’s not just about support—it’s the whole experience that makes Rocket.net what it is.

Coming from someone who’s not even their target audience (I’m used to managing my own servers—not bragging, just for context), if you’re looking for somewhere to host your site or sites, you don’t even need to know what sudo is.

You could literally build an agency with these guys without knowing what a terminal is.

Genuinely, as a solo startup founder, its been the best decision to migrate my site to Rocket.

They've always been fast and reliable when it came to all my tech support.

I need to personally mention Showrav Hasan, he's gone above and beyond for a request I made in stacking my site so it performs to its best.

I'm only on day two after migrating from wpengine.
I've switched because I could no longer afford their prices, particularly after aggressive upselling rather than supporting us.
I'd put off switching as last time it was a time draining pain.
So on to rocket.net. they migrated us in an hour, I've only had three or four interractions with support, one of which wouldn't have been necessary if I'd paid attention. They have been exceptionally helpful and skilled, so the migration has been flawless. The speed is great.
As for cost, I'm on the business plan for managed wp and saving £6000 a year.
We're a small business and this makes the difference between being able to spend a week with my young kids or not. I can't thank rocket.net enough for that.
I am going to badger them for help with an add on programme that wp engine promised me would work after migrating to wp engine but didn't, because it looks like they'll give it a go, rather than make me feel guilty about it.

As a business, do you have a service that you use that gives you a super power? Rocket.net is definitely one of our super powers... Their services is incredible: available 24 hours per day and fast! Like within 15 seconds of me writing in, they are there. Please also note they help with issues that I messed up on, not their own issues!

Multiple errors while issuing the SSL cert wich resulted in a big downtime.

EDIT : Ben contacted me personally to try and solve the problem, but I'd already made arrangements with another host to avoid having my site unavailable for too long.

So unfortunately I won't be able to give my long-term opinion on Rocket.net, perhaps I would have been satisfied with the performance. In any case, support was very responsive.

I just migrated to Rocket after hearing wonderful things about them. I've migrated many sites over the years. What a painful, inefficient process the migration was.

I had to do it twice. Each time was a very different process, which I found strange. One was done via email (I emailed them my current hosting login & took about an hour), and the other was all done via chat (nearly 3 hours of back & forth). I found both ways to be quite inefficient.

5 hours later, I'm getting DMs from people that they cannot email nor purchase on my site.

I'm going back to WPX, as I rarely had issues with them.

I'm sure it's a great service, and I've read wonderful thing about the owner (Ben).

I just had a bad experience, and spent most of my Saturday on chat support trying to migrate over. I imagine my experience was a "needle in a haystack", as I have a few friends who rave about the company, support and service.

UPDATE: Ben (the owner) reached out personally and apologized. He explained what had happened (in terms I can understand), and it seems a lot of it was with my other hosting company. His email was sincere and appreciated.

I was looking to move my hosting and came across Rocket.net and not only is the price great but the customer service is amazing! I am not a developer and they helped me through the process and are always on hand if you have any questions or concerns. The site is also faster for a fraction of the cost!

Rocket.net is the best. The migration was super smooth, the support is instant AND helpful (something I've never seen with other hosting services - props to Enrique, Ali and others) and it's really fast as well thanks to lots of Cloudflare optimizations.

I am now with Rocket.net for about 3 months. I was with another big hosting company xxxground for 2 years and I really regret not migrating to Rocket.net earlier.
Server is great, speed is ultra fast, teams are really helpful. They don't have a live chat at the moment but they respond with email quickly. More importantly, you can tell that their engineers are responding those tickets directly, which make things really smooth as they can explain and instruct you to fix things.
I would wish I can give a six star. Keep going ROCKET!
