We had never none anything like this and it was recommended to us by our pharmacy. It was not hard to contact them, We heard back in a short while with a phone call verifying our information and the time for our appointment. Just around our appointment the phone rang and it was a doctor and he was very nice and helped us with our problem. We will use them again if we need help. It was so easy and not stressful.

Rocket Doctor was amazing. I live in Norfolk Ontario Sunday 21st 2026 nearest town is Simcoe. Wait time is near 8 to 12 hours for emergency walk-in. Nothing else was open. My doctor told him what was going on he couldn't see me un July 21. Which is crazy. With out Doctor Rocket I would have been in big trouble. By Monday morning I had my medication today June 24th feeling hundred better. Thank you Doctor Rocket.

Dr. Janet Sung was very professional, warm and covered all my issues before assuring me that she would order a colonoscopy for me.

If I have a complaint it is that there is no follow up by email or otherwise to let the patient know what comes next. I dealt with rocket doctor about three weeks previously regarding an issue with my knee and there has been absolutely no follow up to let me know what if anything will be done to help me with this problem.

I was very pleasantly surprised! I got to talk to a physician within minutes, had a telephone appointment and had a prescription sent to my pharmacy right away.

Rocket Doctor was amazing. To be able to speak to a doctor in that short of time and get a prescription is incredible. Even better, without leaving your home. Highly recommend this service.

The appointment with Dr A Morgan was set up for the next morning!! Great booking process.
He was professional, attentive, cheery, respectful. I wish he was my family doctor. The prescription he forwarded to my pharmacy was delivered to me very quickly. ..and.. the prescription has been effective. So happy I found Dr Morgan.

I live in a rural area and I have now used
rocket Doctor 3 times and all experiences have been wonderful. First of all, I did not have to sit in emerge for hours. In fact, my first meeting was unbelievable. After first completing the initial information gathering form within 15 min. I received a quick phone call from a clerk just check in on my concerns and asking for clarity. Within 5 min. I was talking to the Dr. and he sent my prescription to my desired pharmacy. Wow! Whole process was less than 30 min. The next two times where not quite as quick but I definitely was talking within a very short period of time. I highly recommend it and have been recommending Rocket Dr. to anyone who will listen.

Very easy to make our initial appointment. Follow up was quick in booking our phone appointment with the doctor. Our call with the doctor was thorough. We felt nothing was missed and ultimately we received the care we needed. Excellent first experience with Rocket Doctor!

I have always appreciated the service and support I received from Rocket Doctor in the past, which is why I previously gave the service a 5-star rating. Because of that positive experience, it is disappointing to see some recent changes that have made the patient experience more difficult.
Information regarding OHIP coverage and fees has become confusing. At times, services appear to be presented as covered, or follow-up appointments are described as free, only for patients to later discover there are charges involved. Greater clarity, consistency, and transparency would help avoid misunderstandings and improve trust.
In addition, communication has become more challenging. Representatives and associates do not always appear to follow instructions carefully, forms are sometimes completed incorrectly, and correcting these errors can take a significant amount of time. This creates frustration and delays for patients who are simply trying to access the care and services they need.
I genuinely value the help your organization provides and believe Rocket Doctor fills an important gap in today's healthcare system. With the long wait times many patients face at doctors' offices and delays in accessing care and medications, services like yours are more important than ever.
Overall, I still believe Rocket Doctor offers one of the best healthcare support services available, especially during these challenging times. If improvements can be made in communication, accuracy, and transparency regarding fees and coverage, I would be happy to update my rating accordingly.

A super Doctor. But administration sucks. Send my rx to wrong drug stores,doesn't return phone messages.

The service is great, staff, doctor work at late night, got to see the doctor promptly. Booking process is super smooth, reception is polite and patient. Communication over the online meeting or over the phone are great. I'm a picky person but it definitely passed my standard.

The first visit to Rocket Doctor was AMAZING! I had been to the walk in clinic and two other in person doctors for a skin infection. The in person doctors told me there was nothing wrong with me and there was nothing they could do. The Rocket Doctor viewed my ailment via video call and immediately agreed something was drastically wrong. Prescriptions were sent immediately and as soon as i picked up the medication i felt better.

Very pleased with how seamless this process was from the initial consultation to the visit with the doctor at 6 a.m. from my home. The entire phone call was no more than 5 minutes. Couldn't be happier.

The process is quick and easy. After the initial intake process, a date and time is chosen for a doctor to call back. It’s so convenient, much more so than other similar services I have used. Makes being without a primary care provider way less stressful.

Only had to wait one day for an appointment that was covered by OHIP. The Doctor was professional and ordered blisters and renewed my medications no problem.

It was late in the day when I first tried to get an appointment (nothing available at that time, it was very late in the say) and the web site advised I try the next day. I did and instantly got an appointment the same day!! The appointment allows you to upload pictures if you can which I did and found it simple. The Dr called exactly on schedule and had already reviewed my pictures so knew what the issue was. After a few questions around family history she confirmed I needed to see a specialist and will be setting up the referral which is exactly what I hoped for.
All expectations met and exceeded?

I was able to get the treatment I needed on a Sunday ,same day I reached out.
This is an amazing service for common problems.
It will save unnecessary visits to emergency rooms and offers seamless professional support.

Appreciate the ease, the listening by the doctor and the support in providing appropriate next steps (in my case a prescription antibiotic). Feel better already!
