Companies use this site to scam people. None of my investments was paid back, when the money is due they just publish a statement that they can't pay right now and then you just have to wait for years if anything will happen. Don't invest here!
A complete scam of a company. They are still raising funds knowing full well that the investment they have backed have declared bankcrupcy.
They gave a templated response, what i find very odd is tjat they advertise they have a good track record, but i invested in every opportunity they had from 2021-2023 and they do not have a good track record at all. So why are they still raising funds. This is terribly misleading - they have even stopped replying to my messages about track record.

Very much hit and miss - and definitely miss every time when it comes to real estate... Disappointed at the developments and delays in repayments. Seems almost to be a pattern - take the money, then claim bankruptcy when it's time to pay out.
