I believe Rockjaw Audio have gone out of business but have taken cash for a pre-order on a product that was never delivered. Attempts to contact their customer service email or Joe, their owner, have failed :(

Avant Air - Having scoured the net to find earpods made in the UK I finally thought I had found them.
The marketing and language used suggested the Avant Air products were made in the UK, but when they arrived I discovered they were in fact made in China. I hate the misleading terminology used and do not think it should be allowed.
Having said that the product itself is good and offers great audio for the price. Such a shame Rock Jaw did not manufacture here.

purchased a pair of Avant Air whilst still in the development stage, so knew there would be a somewhat lengthy wait , especially when covid happened. having not received them by August 2021, i contacted RJ last Wednesday. What a response, two emails and a phone call within two days, then received the Avants Saturday morning. OUTSTANDING! A service second to none.
Now, the Avants, i have purchased Alpha Genus 2 for me and my son, then a pair of Resonates, for the price very good sounding earphones.
The Avants however blow them out of the water, put them straight in and currently listening to Joe Bonamassa, crystal clear vocals, every note of every instrument can be heard from the bass, drums to the guitars with not one overpowering another.
There is a burning in time of about 60 hours to reach optimum quality. If they sound this good now, can't wait for the final result.
Based on the customer service and the product.......
GET A PAIR ASAP!!!!!

Rockjaw one of the best in the UK. Used both alfa genus/T5 and the build quality/sound is unrivalled for the price. T5 is really impressive, quick set up, no issues in pairing, you can charge the headphones directly and the battery lasts all day. Highly recommended!

T5 Ultra Connect earphones are just excellent:
- very good sound
- multipoint/multipair support
- 2 kind of eartips x 3 sizes
IPX5, BT5.0, APTX & AAC...we cannot ask for more except for a flat cable in future versions.

I adore these earphones. It took me a few days to get the set-up absolutely right (I am a perfectionist obsessive) but now I have I totally love it! The build is great, the sound awesome and battery/reliability completely solid (lasts up to 11hrs). Would highly recommend.

Great sound quality! Would have scored a full 5 stars if it wasn’t for the recipient unable to hear me speak. Resorted to holding the handset, which isn’t the point when it should be hands free.

After 6 months of regular use of my headphones they unfortunately developed a fault.
The Rock Jaw team we’re absolutely phenomenal in helping rectify the problem as swiftly as possible. Responses to emails were always quick and following speaking to an engineer to check a few possible fixes they have agreed to send me a replacement product as I am still under warranty, which is due to be with me within a week

Just wonderful earphones that fit in my small ears. No more worrying that they will fall out at any time. The sound is amazing too and all for a reasonable price

Had some issues with some headphones I recently bought and the customer support team were brilliant and dealt with it right away.

Do not buy if you want fully functional headphones in a timely manner. The sound is good on these headphones, but two separate times I’ve waited over a month to receive: my first shipment, and now replacement parts that were originally shipped in pieces. The design of these headphones is not comfortable for commuting and the customer service seems to have no intention of replacing parts that were shipped broken.

The headphones are comfortable and sound great, fit my ears better than Apple’s supplied ‘phones and sound better too. Only issue I had is if buying direct the courier they use requires a signature. There is no time slot like DPD so if you’re not in either wait in all day next time or you have to collect from their depot. Mine is a 40 minute drive away. Not impressed.

A great product, with a really innovative feature - changeable tuning filters, so you can choose whether you want median, more treble or more bass sound, depending on which filter you use.A tiny gripe with the fliters - it would be good if these could 'click in' as there is a slight risk that they come loose and fall out with the current screw-in design.

Customer service is excellent. I flagged a recent problem via website enquiry form and was contacted immediately by 'phone to diagnose and resolve the issue. So much faster, simpler and more responsive than a chat or email-based service.

Purchased the rock jaw T5 headphones. Had them a couple of weeks and they’ve exceeded expectations. The sound quality for this price range is great. The build quality is high and battery life is about 11 hours. Really pleased with this purchase.

Company have been easy to deal with. Delivery was prompt.

Supposed to be next day delivery. Still waiting five days later...

Fantastic earphones.
I've bought two pairs of RockJaw earphones. I started with Alfa Genus V2 on basis of wide range of reviews. Those were fantastic and only problem turned out to be new phone with problematic socket (nothing to do with the RockJaw wiring!). That new phone did however offer bluetooth links so I was delighted when T5 Ultra connect phones appeared after some time of anticipation via website. The phones are great, they look great and are widely admired especially the design (and the magnetic linkage at front). Occasionally they come loose a bit in ears but think that's just me I need to check the bud parts for sizing. The sound is fantastic (I love and play a range of music from classical through to rock, generally more bass-driven) and the microphone works well, with easy answering of incoming calls (and outgoing too). The bluetooth doesn't "drop" and switches reasonably efficiently between earphones and e.g. car. To summarise I love these and would buy again very quickly if I lost or broke them. Thanks!

Update on the below: they called and apologised. I also had an issue with the earphine's comfort and they were helpful in addressing that.

The sound on the earphones itself is good. But the packaging when it arrived was terrible. The box looked like it had been kicked around. The wires weren't in their place properly. And the manual was crinkled. It looked a mess. They need to step up with their packaging if they want to get further. Products at half the price have better presentation. Sent them a private message to say so and heard nothing back. The first of hearing from them was an email asking for a trust pilot review 🤷🏻‍♀️
