RMW were absolutely great and made the whole holiday so easy for us. They were great at communicating, keeping us informed, and bringing the personal touch to all their comms with us. Absolutely faultless service.

Mark and the team at Rock My World have knocked our socks of yet again with a recent trip to Madrid.

I contacted Mark to help arrange a city break for myself and pregnant wife as a 'Babymoon' I provided very little way in guidance to Mark except for dates and budget and he suggested that Madrid would fit the bill.

The hotel choice was perfect, central to the city and still secluded enough to get away from the Hustle and Bustle when we decided that we needed a little quiet time.

The team and Rock My World provided a suggested itinerary of things we might like to see whilst in the city and included little things like the time it might take to walk to the attraction/restaurant along with other nearby attractions. This meant we didn't spend hours aimlessly wandering the streets bouncing from museum to park to Plaza, but instead were able to go to an area, hit of the main attractions and then sit in a cafe/wine bar people watching and relaxing.

I have used the team at Rock My World Travel fro a number of years now and will continue to come back.

Thanks guys - the next trip will be for the two of us and a baby, so get your thinking caps on!

We gave RMW a tight budget and all our requests/requirements to suit 2 adults and 4 children ranging in age from 6 - 17years. We weren't sure they would be able to come up with a solution but we left it in their hands and they absolutely did. They were so great with communication and we felt they really wanted us to have a good holiday as much as we did! Now looking forward to a fantastic and much needed vacation!

The RMW team are second to none. They are the best because of the quality of their communications.

We recently came back from a magical trip to Orlando! It was our first trip and the options were completely bewildering! We knew we wanted to go to Disney, Universal and Clearwater beach but we were struggling to get what we wanted from most travel agents and anything they did come up were sooo expensive. That was until I spoke to Stewart at Rock my World travel. He was fantastic, looked at lots of different options and got us what we wanted within our budget! He was patient with all our queries about how to navigate the parks and was the best at getting us all the bookings for restaurants and Cinderella's Royal Table! Can't rate them highly enough for a bespoke trip and they will be the first place I go when I plan my next big adventure!

We booked a last minute holiday for our family of four. With two young children we didn’t have much time to research where to stay, and were so overwhelmed with all of the options. After speaking with Isobel to chat through what we were looking for, she sent through a few ideas. We picked a holiday and booked it - it was absolutely amazing, and exceeded our expectations. I think rock my world are fabulous. They have extensive knowledge, customer service is fabulous. We moved away from Edinburgh a few years ago but they are still our go to agents to book a holiday.

Stewart was excellent all the way through in helping us book our first trip to Disneyworld Florida. We had an amazing time and our daughter especially enjoyed becoming a princess for the day, Stewart booked this experience for us and we really appreciated it!

My husband and I were very overwhelmed with choosing a honeymoon destination and planning one after the exhaustion of wedding planning!!! Leanne and Isobel were amazing and the whole process was easy and stress free. They really went above and beyond. We were posted all of the documents we needed and they sent reminders for check in etc. before and towards the end of our holiday to Mauritius. They also got in touch shortly after we arrived to ensure everything was OK. We were blown away with how well we were looked after. They even contacted the hotel staff and the management who made us feel like VIP's. Sadly we missed out on some hotel honeymoon perks as our timings fell outside of the hotel policy. Leanne and Isobel really went above and beyond to make up for this initial disappointment. We really appreciated all you did for us. My husband and I will 100% use Rock My World again. We won't hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family.

Thank you for the amazing family holiday to Italy. We could have not asked for more, you made it all so easy and stress free. I would not hesitate in recommending Rock My World Travel to everyone.

Isobel and her team organised a brilliant holiday for us in California. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
The trip plan app that comes alongside the holiday plans is great for keeping you on track, particularly when you are trying to adjust to different time zones.
We had one small issue when on holiday that Isobel had sorted for us within a few hours.

Leanne knows so much about Disneyland Paris and was super helpful with hints and tips for us of what to do when we got there. She organised everything for us and took any stress out of planning away. We had never been to Disneyland before so wouldn't have had a clue about what you needed to include in your booking etc but she was really knowledgeable and did it all for us. She was always available to answer any questions I had on the run up to the trip and even sent fab scratch cards for our children to reveal where we were going on holiday. As well as lovely Disney t-shirts for them to wear when we were there! Rock My World always go over and above and I'll never hesitate to recommend to friends and family 🥰.

We had a great experience and would definitely recommend RMW. I just asked an initial question about the weather in April where we were looking to go and Stewart ended up booking everything for us a couple of hours later (and at 10.30pm at night just because he wanted to make sure we got it before it sold out!). The help from Isobel and Leanne was perfect, they liaised with the hotel for us and got us organised with check-in etc. and even sent a goodie bag for the kids.

Will definitely use them again for future holidays and massive thank you from us all!

Leanne at Rock My World was fantastic from our first communication. We used RMW to book our magical stay at Disney Land Paris and Leanne spent about 30mins just talking to me about her personal experience and tips and in no way put any pressure to book.

She was accessible and quick to reply to any queries I had and made the full experience smooth! Even the added extras she sent (won’t add spoilers!) made it all the more special.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rock My World and will for sure use them again in the future.

Oh my goodness- our best holiday ever and our second one organised by Rock my world! Isobel took so much time to listen to what we wanted and made suggestions to help make our trip to Sri Lanka a fabulous experience! The little personal extras like the messages in our hotel rooms made it extra special! The app also made life very easy while we were away. We had one “blip” on holiday and Isobel and the team were very quick to help us sort the problem out! We are already thinking we need to contact RMW to help plan our next adventure!

Isobel and Leanne organised a 5 day trip to Rome for us. How easy having it all organised and exactly what we wanted. Lovely hotel, good flights and price. Exactly what we wanted but without all the hard work of organising. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and be back for future trips. First class stress free service.
