I dont know how i found rock n rose but i as soon as i saw the website and then read the information i very quickly knew that it was a good website backed up by good people and somewhere that i would be so so happy to support. After spending a lot of time looking at the vintage rings and chatting with loved ones i bought my engagement ring from you guys. I knew it would be unique and for me this was super important, it was also beautiful and fit so well to the love of my life. And for this im so thankful. This was last march. And ever since then i look forward to the vintage drops even though im not planing to buy a ring anytime soon haha. I then also noticed that you make your own jewellery and it’s clean and smooth and elegant and so recently purchased your locket necklace knowing it would be a good decision and it was. All the interactions have been smooth and simple. It’s well packaged with great simple design. Just a great experince with you guys. Maybe it just fits my character but for some reason just connect well with what your doing and how your doing it.

My husband bought me a necklace which was meant to be silver (£62) but seems cheap metal instead. We've tried emailing a few times etc but like everyone else we did not get a reply, like everyone else we did not get a returns label with our order and like everyone else it took miles longer than stated even to arrive (classic signs of the item coming from abroad).....next step is to get our credit card issuer to step in, such a rubbish service!

The Company does not send an invoice and return form with items you bought as they promised. They do not reply any of your emails or if you fill a contact form to get a response. No phone number. Only if you buy any items through PayPal and only if someone escalate your case then you can get a reply. Their turquoise ring is counterfeit sadly, it is not even turquoise but they sell it for £62. It is a rip off. Very bad customer service. Actually they dont have a customer service at all. PayPal does the customer service for them.

The piece was flawless, measurements and description were accurate, and the team were super professional and helpful through some customs issues I had. I couldn't be happier!

I ordered a scarf on 30th of Aug. The deliveru said 2 to 4 business days its been more 7 business days now and no update on delivery. I need it for today 11th sept. I emailed the customer servife no reply. I haven't even recieved a dispatch email.

The gift arrived promptly and in good order. My niece was exceptionally happy with her new gift.

I love my beautiful 1970s sapphire ring! It arrived packaged with a beautiful silk scarf, and arrived so quickly after ordering. I love the antique and vintage drops every month. The ring is exactly as photographed and described.

An amazing quality product with even better service. Nothing is to much to ask! Jess & Emily kept in touch and even helped with advice on sizing!

Amazing customer service !! I purchased a ring and once received it realised it was too small. I tried to get it resized locally but was unable. I reached out to the team at Rock n Rose and they allowed me to send the ring back and their expert team resized it for me. I have been wearing my ring for nearly a year now and get so many compliments! The delivery is also super speedy and the team are so professional!! Couldn’t recommend them enough.

I bought a 6 stone diamond ring for my mum at the end of 24. The communication was great from start to finish, from getting advice about resizing to the right fit, to postage - it was right over Christmas.

I bought the silver version of Claudia's ring. The quality was really nice but in just four months the locket has broken! From its use, I can no longer close it. The ring was like 66€ and I ended up paying about 100€ with all the taxes. I would like to know what can I do to repair it or something.

The ring I purchased arrived just as pictured. It is so beautiful and is now my favorite piece of jewelry.

I love the brand, and the ring I ordered was exactly how I expected it and I'm very happy with it and the beautiful package was a plus!
The team is also very responsive and helpful. One advice if you don't know this already is to check your country's taxes on jewelry... I had the bad surprise to pay quite a high tax for my ring.

I received a turquoise ring as a Christmas gift. It was beautifully crafted, a lovely design, exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately it was too small. Even though it was purchased outside of the return period, Jess at Rock n Rose couldn’t have been more helpful. Her customer service was top class. The process of exchanging the ring for another size was easy, even though it was over the New Year period. Jess answered all my emails promptly and kept me well informed. I am now happy to have my new ring and would definitely recommend this company.
